From the very first night I had it I could tell it was going to be wonderful. I've tried other competitors mattresses and was just not satisfied. It adapts to my body and I fall asleep right away. I've had lower back issues and this mattress relieves my back pain. Best mattress I've ever had. I truly recommend it! ❤

I never imagined a mattress could make my life better before now. I've lacked sleept for the last 10 months due to 2 cervical disc issues. This bed and adjustable base provides everything I need to help my horrible symptoms that prevented me from sleeping prior. The light really is an asset when getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. The white glove experience on delivery was above my expectations and they followed all safe guidelines surrounding covid. We even got a follow up call from a supervisor to question the delivery. A++

Pro: one it's broken in completely, it'll be super comfy. Getting there! And definitely an improvement over our last mattress. Con: taking way too long to break in, leaving us with sore backs some days! Company needs to start breaking in mattresses (every mattress company) prematurely prior to customer purchases/delivery!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, one week into the "soft" model mattress. First few days quite uncomfortable. Seemed to be as hard as a sidewalk. After reading suggestions online, we started walking around on it several times a day. Now it seems a "little" better. Time will tell. Sales people should tell you it will take quite a while to get comfortable to sleep on. Maybe as long as a month or two we are now told. Soft is not "soft" as we have found out. Be careful as most display models in stores are months old with scores of people trying out. The one you buy will be very different for quite a while

the frame wiring is tripping out on lights in less than two years. the mattress got a split in it where i sleep, and they won't honor any warranty because there is a stain on the bed (people sleep on it, i have a 1 year old too (am i suppose to put a plastic sheet underneath?... heard they were the best on customer service and satisfaction but they are crap they denied my claim. 6k down the drain in 2 years.

It was the best decision in my life. I got the adjustable base which I use every time I get into bed. It sleeps nice and cool and nice and comfortable.

My husband is a stomach sleeper so the only choice was the Pro-Adapt Firm. I was nervous it would be TOO Firm and not my comfy Tempur-pedic I had grown to love. We went to the store just so we could try everything thing out to be sure. We are 30 days in and I love it. Well, we BOTH love it. We got the adjustable base as well and I think everynight I say to my husband...I LOVE OUR BED!!
