i gave this item as a gift to my sister. it was on sale and she wanted one for a long time. she likes it and has no problem with jt

It was a gift, the controllers were the main issue. They had issues pairing but after getting them to pair it was pretty fun.

I hate the fact that I was unable to access my account and thus required me to return the play-station.

Great for older kids but under 11 it’s to complicated for them to set up or start up by themselves. Need assistance with every part.
