Fast and easy

no charging station in the package and that’s the only reason I purchased from Sam’s club.

I purchase this as a Christmas gift. Searching online Im thinking this was a better deal because the charging station was listed free online. When I received my package I notice it was in the box. I immediately call Sam's customer service and explained my issue and the lady credit my card $80. So it wasnt a bad deal after all.

this does not come with console and is the same price as buying a PS5, went to buy and returned. This listing is disingenuous. I had to look really closely to know what I was about to buy. seller should not be trusted.

I purchased this bundle from Sam's ONLY because it supposedly came with a charging station for the controls. It in fact DOES NOT come with a charging station and customer service is no help at all. First asked me to wait 3 to 5 business days, then asked me to return the package since it's "missing a part". I will not jump through hoops for false advertising and will look into legal action. Definitely cancelling Sam's club since they just opened a BJ's nearby and I'm already a member. Good job losing a customer!

I shouldn’t have got this. None of the VR games work. Seems like it could be a very cool accessory if it would work

Excellent gaming. The person in electronics was very helpful. Packaging was in excellent condition.
