I have to reset controllers every time we play.also have to setup play area everything I'd like to return the item

I bought this for my autistic 6 year-old grandson for Christmas! He loves it and best of all they keep him engaged in the game that he is playing!

not the most comfortable and it is wired so you have to have it plugged in the whole time you are using it 🫤
