Very comfy and awesome for the money. I've looked around and anything made like this is usually double. Also love that the arms are adjustable and flip up. Very happy with our purchase.

I would have given a higher review, but the one main item is that the reclined position does not lock. Also, you need to know that most of the chair must be assembled.

This chair has been what I hoped for in my home office. I am 6'2” and over 250 lbs and it feels very sturdy and comfortable. The fold up arms are very nice so I can slide the chair under my desk as far as I can when not in use. I've used it for several weeks now.

We bought two of these chairs for my craft room. I haven't spent much time sitting in them, but one chair seems to be comfortable for my stature. Only one chair is fully assembled right now. The other chair arrived with a broken seat plate knob. My husband contacted the company via email. Communication was great! He provided all of the correct information as requested including photos...& they still sent the wrong replacement part. 🤷 So, I followed up with an email explaining that they had sent the wrong part. Even though we provided pictures initially, they needed pictures again of which part we were replacing and which part we had been sent. The correct part arrived this week. Now, I need to assemble the second chair. I feel the chairs were reasonably priced while on sale for $50 off each. I like that the arms fold up which allows me to scoot in tight under a table if need be. The process to get the one replacement part was a little bit tedious, especially right before Christmas when I've been busier than busy. However, they did follow through and under normal circumstances, I wouldn't have thought it was interfering with my normal life. So yes, it seems I'm not the only one that's had problems with parts not being intact. That said, the company was responsive and we eventually got the correct part sent. I'm giving it four stars for now. I think overall it will serve the purpose well.

Purchase 2 chairs for our office. The chair is not the most comfortable and seems to be for a larger person than what we are. Very over spacious. Been using the chairs for little over 2 weeks and the chairs have developed squeaks when moving back and forth. I would not recommend these chairs.

I wouldn't know, first of all it was 4 days late, then I went to put it together and found a piece that was cracked, wasn't part of functionality, so I let it go, deeper into assembly I found ANOTHER messed up piece, this time though, it interfered with assembly, could not complete assembly so I began the process, terrible process, of getting the pieceS or full return, FINALLY talk to someone and just like most of the customer service in this country, couldn't understand the person on the other end of the phone nor did she understands what I was saying. That's understandable because while I was explaining the situation, every 2-3 seconds, she would go "uh huh", how can you understand what someone is telling you, OVER A PHONE, if you keep going "uh huh"?????????The reason I know she did not understand me I'd because DAYS later, I get a phone call, from another not so competant employee, because SHE CALLED ME, and all st immediately put me on hold to read more of the story, and when she FIMALLY came back, she said that she also spoke with the package handling company, and they told her "there was nothing wrong with the box when they dropped it on porch so there is no way any parts are missing", are you serious?!?!!?!??! First of all, you believe them?, And secondly, I never told the woman parts were missing, NEVER SAID IT!!!!!!, Dont remember much more of conversation, cause that just freaked me out, but I STILL don't have my money now a working product!!!!!!!!!! I want my money back now!!!!!!!!

This chair is ver comfortable. Does not cut off my circulation at the back of my legs like my old chair did. The only reason that I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is because the back when moved, rubs and squeaks. But I bought it for comforter and it is comfortable, I can sit it it 8+ hours a day.

I have previously owned a Wellness By Design chair and was pleased with it. So, I went on search for a like item. My previous WBD "bonded" leather chair wore out. Unfortunately, the bonded leather wears off after time. I'm not sure how long I owned it...five years, maybe longer. The price point and the comfort was the selling point. This is similar to the previous product. I like the cushion feel and the back support. The arms lift on this as well, which is a handy feature. Time will tell regarding the durability.
