Overall this is a great office chair. It was super easy to assemble. The overall feel of the chair at first wasn't that great, but once you get used to posture its actually very comfortable.

Great chair so far. It's comfortable, pretty easy to put together (don't really understand how the pneumatic works but it works!). Now need to buy a chair mat!

I own this chair for more than 4 years and is holding up well and provides me great back and neck support. I have spent more hours on this chair during CoVid while working from home and never had any problem. I recommended to my friends and family and everyone had good impressions from this chair.

I have had the chair less than 2 years and the leather has already started to crack. The chair has been treated with a leather conditioner once a month as was another chair purchased from Office Depot at the same time. This one has cracks on the arms and seat front that are forming. I would not recommend this

We bought this chair a few months back and it's everything we wanted in a computer chair! We spend a lot of time on the computer and we no longer have back pain from sitting for hours. It is so comfortable. and we both like that the arm rests lift up so you can get up without pushing the chair out. It's perfect for us!

I work from home and sit in this chair 8-10 hours a day and I am completely satisfied with it. I typically have low back pain from sitting at my desk but this chair has almost completely eliminated that. Great back and lumber support. The independent coils in the seat cushion are great too! Can't really think of any cons to this chair. Great price point for a quality office chair!

I was definitely skeptical after reading some of the reviews. It's a $200 chair. If you want all the bells and whistles then go spend $500+ on a chair. This chair is well worth the $200. It's so comfortable and has great back support. I've been working from home the past 2 years and wish I would have bought this chair sooner. I did read one review where they added a thin gel pad to the seat, so i did the same and may this chair even better. I'm definitely not disappointed .

This is by far the most comfortable office chair I've had; all have been in the $200 price range. I sit for an average of 5hrs at a clip. It supports by lower back well and no pressure on my legs. If I could deduct 1/2 star it would be that the arms are too far apart. I am 5'8". My husband,6'4" loved it so much we bought him one too. He even agrees that the arms are a bit wide but not an issue at all. I've only had them a month or so so I cannot speak to how well they will hold up but it sure appears the quality is there
