My chair arrived yesterday. It was a heavy box. It took about 30 minutes to remove from the box and assemble the chair. Only one tool was needed, an Allen wrench, that was included. The chair looked high quality. The next day I returned the chair to Sam's Club for a refund. I did not have to dissemble the chair and put it back in the box. The chair setting did not go low enough for me. I am 5'10". After sitting in it for about 20 minutes at the lowest setting, my left leg went to sleep. The seat was larger the most chairs I have seen. The front of the chair was against the back of my knee. There is no adjustment to move the back of the chair forward. If it would adjust to a lower setting, I probably would have kept the chair because it was very comfortable. Another reason for the return was that it did not fit under my computer table.

Needed lumbar support. This is adequate. Comfortable chair. Does not recline as much as my prior chair... but enough. After assembly, noticed a slight but annoying tilt to the right. Eventually just put some washers under the right side of the mounting plate. Now level and no longer feel crooked while working.

This chair so far is not what I expected based on prior reviews. The arm assembly on it is loose (and no it's not the screws used to attach it.) I tried emailing customer support and it takes days for a reply. I told them that I needed the left arm assembly and they sent me a gas cylinder. Now after several more emails, they are telling me it will take 10 - 14 weeks for the part. Feel like I am getting the runaround. Now the "moveable" back rest squeaks with every movement and is driving me CRAZY! I recommend looking into other chairs.

This chair has many problems. From day one the locking functions have never worked. The gas lift was the only feature that worked and after a year it is broken. The seat starts to lower on its own as you are sitting in it. I am under the weight limit @100 pounds. The flip arms are a great feture. However, these arms do not stay up. They constantly fall down. I will say the material has held up well.

Leather didn't even last for a year. It has started to crack. Not worth the money. DO NOT buy!
