The lumbar support moves with you but is very noisy when it does. Not the most comfortable chair the arms can move up and down but are very hard to move even in the upright position that they have to be in to move them.

Totally changed my 8 1/2 hour workday and my back is so thankful. I am 5'4 and My feet can even rest on the floor - lowest position but it's wonderful.

All day comfort for the working from home folks or anyone for that matter! My butt, my back, neck an shoulders love this chair. For reference I'm 5'5 and plump. I sit just right in this chair. I don't move around and reposition constantly trying to find comfort. I've fallen asleep more then once just sitting and relaxing in this chair. If I drop it down my feet sit flat perfectly. If I raise it fully up, I can sit forward but not on the edge and rest my feet on the floor, or the chair legs. Overall wanting to get another one for myself. If I was rich these would be my kitchen table chairs.

Seems to be very well built. Lots of cushion and the lumbar support is nice. Wide enough for me. I'm 5'9" and the tallest height is too tall for me. So it would be great for a taller person imo. The adjustable arms are nice as well. I keep them at the highest setting as I think the lowest is too short for my comfort. Also the flip up which is nice.

Pros: Strong (feel supported ; 260lbs) , thick cushions, high back. Cons: no tilt lock, cushion too firm needs breaking into (sure will feel more comfy in few weeks), alot of cushion in the back part so not well sitted into chair but that probably good ; keeps me from slumping.

I don't know how I'll feel a year from now but right now I'm absolutely delighted with the purchase. I went to Staples and they just so happened to be selling desk chairs for the same price. I was so happy because the quality of my chair seems to be better than those of a similar price.

I absolutely love this desk chair. I have bone spurs in my lumbar from a cracked tailbone years ago. I was a bit Leery of buying a chair online but i was desperate. I am so glad i picked this chair it is wonderfully comfortable. Super happy with my purchase.

This is the second one of these chairs I have purchased. Very easy to assemble. First chair had problems with the lumbar support. It drooped to the left and eventually became uncomfortable. The chair is extremely comfortable and the lumbar support is wonderful. Sam's stopped carrying it in the store and have a similar model that is less expensive but doesn't have the lumbar support. I spend allot of time in it and I love it.

SAMs sent a previously opened and damaged chair...had to send it back, costing me extra $30+...tried to return it to local SAMs per their headquarters customer help service advice...local store refused to take it back...made me take it to FEDEX...never will order online from SAMs again...very shoddy product, treatment, and return process

So far so good after 3 weeks. I weigh just under 300lbs and the chair has been very supportive. I like how the arms are set wider than in most conventional office chairs. The arms could be a bit sturdier, but the chair has been a good purchase overall. It's comfortable and easy on the back. Setting it up was a breeze. Would recommend.
