Love this Country Ham. Vaccumed sealed, no refrigeration needed until opened. It is soft when cooked as directed, not hard and dry as most Country Ham is. Shipped some to our life long NC friends to now reside in NY where you can not find anywhere that sells Country Ham. They were estatic.

Great ham! Made Christmas morning breakfast extra special. My husband cooked it on low to med heat on the Blackstone and it was the most tender & tasty ham we had ever fixed.

This looked delicious in the package, but when we cut into it, the smell almost knocked me down. It has an expiration date of September 2025, but when we opened it in December 2024, it was ruined.

Not as good quality. The piece on top looks great then the rest of them are small and fatty and not good quality. We have bought these every year but this year was disappointing.

I've read through all the reviews and the negative reviews are normally from folks who don't how to cook the salt cured ham. i buy whenever my Sam's club has it. unfortunately our local Sam's club stores very seldom have it in stock. when you ask the store management about it they look at you have three eyes. Overall this is great ham.

IT WAS SO SALTY WE COULD NOT EAT IT .TOOK IT TOO A FOOD PANTRY .I BOUGHT 2 PKGS AND NEVER OPENED ONE . MEEDLESS TO SAY IT SPOILED OUR DINNER .

I didn’t care for this ham at all. I smelled cinnamoney and had a seeet taste to it. I didn’t use the packet of sugar and threw it in the trash. .
