Great country ham and Clifty Farms is one of the best.

This Ham is pre cooked and it taste really good and it's juicy

Love this Country Ham. Vaccumed sealed, no refrigeration needed until opened. It is soft when cooked as directed, not hard and dry as most Country Ham is. Shipped some to our life long NC friends to now reside in NY where you can not find anywhere that sells Country Ham. They were estatic.

The pack I purchased was the last pack left. I saw it had a lot of fat, but had no choice if I wanted some country ham. Taste was real country ham...salty and strong....but I like it.

The ham tasts good, but there is alot of fat and bone to cut off I estimate 1/3 of the weight is waste. This is normal for a country ham, and still something you need to plan for

Product was extremely salty and tough

My husband and I both like country ham, and we look for it around this time of year. We bought a package of this recently, and while we have enjoyed a meal or two with it, it doesn’t seem to be the quality taste we expected or have had in the past. Perhaps what we really like was a different brand.

Did not enjoy at all. Too tough to chew. Would only be good for cooking to flavor beans or collards.
