[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cleaned carpet that was peed on by puppies who just didn't have the best aim for the pad. Definitely leaves carpet sorta wet when deep cleaning. I wish there was a bigger brush on the spot cleaner, also where it clips into the hose there's a tiny hole where it connects it's not air-tight. There's only a slight loss in suction. It was decently priced.

Slightly heavier than anticipated but I'm cool with it. Carpets & runners come out very clean especially after looking at the dirty water tank..Wifey tried cleaning sofas and they came out awesome & Happy wife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After borrowing a different Bissell model from a friend I decided to purchase one for myself and this one had all the features I wanted (including a hose and upholstery/stair tool) for a better price than the model I borrowed. It assembled easily and, after watching Bissell's instructional videos on YouTube, it was a cinch to use. The videos showed me that it's important to move the cleaner slowly over the same area a few times and this made a big difference for getting my rugs clean. It also helped them to dry faster. No where could I find guidance on how long it typically takes for the carpets to dry, but after using the cleaner to suck up as much moisture as possible, it took about 1-2 hours after deep cleaning. I haven't tried express clean yet. I also purchased the 3-in-1 stair tool, which worked better than the upholstery tool for stair cleaning, but still took time to suck up the cleaning fluid.

When it needed replacing, we started looking at smaller machines-looking for something easier in our senior years. But we were skeptical that it could do a good job. This carpet cleaner is easier to use, easier to clean and does a far better job! Love this machine!

Lighter and easier to fill, use, and clean than my decades old Hoover Steam Vac. Misses one feature of the old machine, the ability to shut off the brush roller while using the hand brush. 5 stars as a carpet cleaner, 3 stars for the handheld. Overall this is the sweet spot for new home-use carpet cleaners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up and use. It cleans the carpet well for its size. The water tanks are easy to use and change. The only bad thing is the box was smashed upon delivery and both of the machines tires are rubbing against the base of the unit.

The house is professionally vacuumed every two weeks but I could not believe how much dirt was there. The two light brown spots on the carpet by the dog's bed I switched to deep clean and came up with an amazing amount of dog hair.
