Bissell has always been my go to brand, but this has been the biggest regret I’ve ever purchased. The tanks leak, the solution stained my cream colored chairs, it’s extremely loud, and inefficient. I don’t have children or pets and I have to continuously run the machine over my runners and furniture that I don’t even sit on to clean them because the water is dirty. I don’t know what the issue is with this machine, but Miss Cathy Bissell, you’ve seriously let me down and I’m not buying another Bissell steam cleaner again.

Bought unit because older model finally stopped working. Filled cleaning solution container and immediately started leaking out as soon as I put onto unit. Contacted store and they were good about exchanging out. Brought replacement home, did the same thing. Definately has some type of design issue. Returned for refund, bought another brand.

Reasonably priced. Deep cleaning, easy to use, performs as advertised.

Does a pretty good job. Nice to have around.

Works exactly as expected. Doesn’t leave your carpet soaked.

So easy to load and empty. Does a great job.
