[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product with the TurboClean Dual carpet clean is awesome. We have 2 terriers and after cleaning our expense carpets they look brand New. I highly recommend the product.

The carpet cleaner broke during the first time I used it. The handle is inadequately designed and will not stay in place. This is a cheaply made carpet cleaner and based on how poorly the handle is made I don't think it can be expected to be durable. This is not a wise buy.

Blinded by star ratings on this carpet cleaner, I made the mistake of purchasing it. I used to have a hoover that had steam as well and it was great, until it broke and decided to look for a new one. This is the worst carpet cleaners i can think of, when you are pressing the handle to spray the solution, It gets sucked back in right away with no chance on letting it sit a bit/ brush... this vacuum carpet cleaner also lacks in power suction so much, it has a big dirty water container but it stops sucking after 2 cups of liquid in total. Honestly, This is perfect for those type who use 1 tbsp of detergent per wash load, then this type of carpet cleaner vacuum is for you

I have owned Hoover in the past. This works okay but dirty water drips onto the floor...using the upholstery cleaner so where the unit sits on the floor will be wet underneath. If this is on the carpet you have to clean a few times to remove it. Drips even once unit is off. Overall, would not recommend.

I had the little green and it stopped working so I figured I'd buy one for all my floors, not just a spot cleaner. I was not disappointed. It got out stains without an issue. It has great suction. You do have to empty the dirty water twice for every one fill of the clean. Overall it is great, my carpets look a lot better and cleaner. I vacuumed prior to using the carpet cleaner and the cleaner got up a lot more dog hair my vacuum had missed.

Owned a few BISSELL's over the years, Good machines This one, well my old one that's been around for years sucks better than this one. only reason I needed a new one is the old one wouldn't stop discharging solution, Bought for the name, but it looks like BISSELL is riding coat tails now.
