This is a sleek and stylish unit with some great features. Unfortunately, most of that becomes ineffective if you can't wash dishes in the dishwasher. In fairness, you can wash dishes, but you cannot wash dinner plates. Standard dinner plates measure 11 inches across and cannot be loaded in the dishwasher without interfering with the upper spray assembly. This seems to come as a result of Samsung adding a third rack which (IMHO) is completely useless and offers nothing to offset the limited space on the bottom rack. Consequently, since purchasing this appliance, we eat off of paper plates or wash the plates by hand, which kind of defeats the purpose of buying a dishwasher. Warning to future prospective buyers, check the interior space in your dishwasher and don't believe that manufacturers have actually considered that which homeowners actually value - being able to wash their dishes and plates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is efficient and quiet. This was a replacement for another dishwasher that stopped efficiently washing dishes. We now use less soap and get cleaner dishes. The open at the end of wash feature allows the last bit of moisture to evaporate after the cycle ends.

I have NEVER experienced such poor service ever in the past 50 years. First deliver, delivery guy brings the dishwasher but says he cannot install because he is not certified to do so. Leaves with unit. One week later, the second person arrives and says he cannot cannot install-no experience and training-left the dishwasher in my living room 2 WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS! and there it had to stay. Seriously, how do you entertain for Christmas with all of the beautiful decorations and a dishwasher in the middle of the living room? Third person came with no tools and no parts. Removed the old dishwasher and he and a partner dragged it out and LEFT IT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY DRIVEWAY! He, too, was not qualified and came with no tools. None of our guests could park in our driveway. Fourth service person came and spoke no English and we communicated via his translation app on his phone. He could not install because he brought the "installation kit" which included no screws, no clamps, -nothing. He DID bring a hose, however it was a hose to an ice maker for a refrigerator! That installation went badly as well. FIFTH time we were scheduled my husband and I changed our schedule to accommodate the service appointment. NO PERSON FROM THE DELIVERY and INSTALLATION TEAM CAME. They had marked delivery as done and installed and never showed up. My brother BOUGHT all the parts he needed to install including screws, bolts, and hoses, and installed the new one. We did call Samsung with questions we had and the woman who answered could only point us to the installation book (which we did not receive with the dishwasher-just like we never received the installation kit with it either!) She emailed the PDF to us which we had to print ourselves. It was a huge number of pages (I don't remember the number off hand). Absolutely horrible. We have used it a few times and it seems to work as it should. Would not buy any appliance from Sam's again. I spent HOURS arguing on the phone with people over a period of about 5 weeks. Truly a horrible experience.

I bought this back in July 2024, and I wish I had done a lot more research. The 3rd drawer is great, but the caveat and deal breaker is that the drawer where you usually put glasses only has 2 adjustments. So if you put tall glasses in and lower it, then you cannot put full size plates on the bottom rack. If you leave it in the high slot, you can't put tall glasses in because they will collide with that 3rd rack. Such a sad and easily fixed issue! In hindsight, I went back to the store and many other dishwashers have the glass drawer incrementally adjustable, and according to me and my tape measure, everything would fit just fine using that, so it's not rocket science. If they would offer an adjustable replacement part, I'd jump on it, but alas, this is not something they do at this time. Then the second week of January 2025, the door that is only supposed to crack when the cycle is finished is now opening all the way down flat, becoming a tripping hazard. At least that one is supposed to be covered under warranty. I am so very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my dishwasher it has 2 large racks and at the top it has a small rack/ drawer where large cooking utensils such as stirring spoons spatulas..... or lids for your bowls or jars. It's very quiet. The AI technology is awesome it has multiple settings if you have a small load that will fit on the bottom rack theres a setting to wash that rack only. If you have a Samsung phone the app has a place to add your samsung appliances. After wash is complete everything sparkels/ shines such as your glasses and silverware. Once its complete it sends you message to your phone with a symbol. Also when it's complete it automatically opens the door about 3 or 4 inches.

I should have listened to the other reviews. This was a horrible experience. I will NEVER order an appliance from Sam's Club again. The delivery people lied and said I refused installation. They told me the install was not on their order. We had to call Sams to get the install scheduled. They made us call Samsung. Samsung was horrible to work with. We had to callthem three times. Finally got an installation date through an email. No delivery window. It took almost a month to grt this dishwasher in and working. I will never do this again to save maybe a hundred bucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung dishwasher is amazing, super efficient and clean everything, I don't have problems with the noise that it makes because I can't hear anything, the design is great, the last feature and most import it dries everything, not water remains on my plates or pots 1000% recommend 😀

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher so far. Very easy to use and super quiet during operation. Love the fact that it is connected to smarthings app. It notifies my phone when a load is done, it also sends notifications for self cleaning, and other regular maintenance. Really well designed which allows for fitting a lot of dishes. Love the third rack for utensils. It did very well in terms of wash performance. It was able to get off light to moderate soil from dishes. Some of the heavier gravy stains needed some pre scrubbing. The second rack is a bit low so you cannot have both racks pulled and take out dishes without bumping into it. But overall a really good and well designed dishwasher for everyday use!

This is the most efficient, quiet, large capacity dishwasher I've owned. Easy to operate and not once have I had to wash something over again… so much easier to keep clean than stainless steel! Just love the white glass!
