It’s a very nice unit. We can barely a sound when it’s working. It’s not comparable to my old dishwasher. The unit is so sleek, high tech looking. Easy to operate. You have a lot of options for cycles, easy washing to hard. The capacity is unbelievable. Amazing product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher works great. It is quite and we love that it tells us on our phone app when it is finished. The other thing we like is that the door opens when finished. Love the large capacity and the top rack for lids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dishwasher for six months now. It has been great. I particularly like the auto open feature after it is finished washing and the timed start feature to schedule the start time for the evening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my dishwasher it has 2 large racks and at the top it has a small rack/ drawer where large cooking utensils such as stirring spoons spatulas..... or lids for your bowls or jars. It's very quiet. The AI technology is awesome it has multiple settings if you have a small load that will fit on the bottom rack theres a setting to wash that rack only. If you have a Samsung phone the app has a place to add your samsung appliances. After wash is complete everything sparkels/ shines such as your glasses and silverware. Once its complete it sends you message to your phone with a symbol. Also when it's complete it automatically opens the door about 3 or 4 inches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose the dishwasher based on its price and online reviews. Being Samsung phone users, we were leary about venturing off into the appliance world. The dishwasher we chise had a decent sound rating but also included a third shelf. After we set the dishwasher up on the SmartThings app, I learned you can download extra "programming" for the dishwasher. One of the downloadable settings is the door will pop open after the run cycle is co.plete to facilitate further drying of plastics. Very nice addition!! The dishwasher cleans better than any dishwasher we've owned, and I've tried all the brands by now. Do not hesitate at all with this addition if you are looking to replace your dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of this dishwasher and the ability to shift the racks up and down depending on the size of the dishes in there. I also like how the cups just nestle eight in their spot and dont over around, which was an issue with my previous dishwasher. It is very quiet and sometimes we open it mid cycle on accident. I have it set up to my Smart things app so I alway know how much time is left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dishwasher. Quiet. Washes like a champ. Thought about dropping one star because of the drying feature. It's great in theory, but there is no heated dry. The dryer opens itself when it's done and a bunch of steam comes out, allowing the hot dishes to "dry". In practice, the dishes don't come out as dry as other dishwashers I've had with a dedicated heated dry cycle. It DOES save energy. If that's your top priority, it's a five star machine. If dry dishes are your thing, then it's four stars. Choose your own adventure.

This is an update to initial review back in 2024, which was also entirely negative. Not only was the installation process a nightmare, and all the hassle we had to go through to get the dishwasher to even clean our dishes, but here we are 1yr and 5mos from purchase date and the dishwasher is dead. Will not even power on. Went through every single troubleshooting suggestion, nothing. And it turns out we may have model that has a thermal fuse that can NOT be replaced! If it dies so does your dishwasher! I wish I could sue Samsung, but they don't care. They've been sued for their refrigerators (my sister has one involved in the class action suit), ice makers and farming your info from their TV's and they still sell the junk that earned them class action lawsuits. Will NEVER buy a single Samsung product again in my life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer I replaced was 45 years old. I expected improvements but not to the degree I experienced with Samsung. Quite, cleaning power, settings, informative communications, etc. What I enjoyed the most was the ease of installation. I purchased three appliances at the same time and opted for Samsung installation on the 2 easier jobs but mistakenly omitted the potentially most difficult dishwasher. The install instructions made it easier along with a big helping hand from my son.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm absolutely thrilled with my new AutoRelease Smart 46dBA Dishwasher with StormWash. It has significantly upgraded my kitchen experience! Wash Performance: The StormWash feature truly lives up to its name—it tackles baked-on messes with ease. Everything comes out sparkling clean, even heavily soiled pots and pans, which has been a huge time-saver. Noise: At 46dBA, this dishwasher is incredibly quiet. I can run it anytime, even while watching TV or having guests over, and barely notice it's on. Technology: The smart features are fantastic! Being able to monitor and control the cycle from my phone is very convenient. The AutoRelease door feature is a game-changer for drying, ensuring dishes are completely dry without needing to towel them off. Capacity: The flexible racking system provides great capacity. I can easily fit large dinner plates and awkward-sized serving dishes, making post-party cleanup much simpler. Design: The sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless steel design looks beautiful in my kitchen, and the controls are intuitive and easy to use. It's a wonderful blend of style and practicality. I highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone looking for superior wash performance, smart features, and a quiet operation!
