My stove top is not the easiest to clean. I use this to save me from making a mess on my stove and it's so much easier to clean! I really appreciate the versatility and how hot it can get to help me see your things before braising or other cooking methods.

This tool is great for versatility. Think outside your kitchen. I use it both too start dishes and finish them at cook outs, or picnics, and take dishes already finished too environments I'm not familiar with, so my dish is guaranteed a place too get warm on time. And cooking in the security of knowing the fOod is all healthy for my family friends👍

With todays busy lifestyle I have used this and it cooks fast and much more fresh clean taste, my family In 1 week have not had to eat out because I have used my cooker on sauté and in 30 minutes cook have had a meal cooked !!! So happy my family is definitely eating much more healthy since I found Green Pan Electronics!!!

Versatile cooking tool and the no stick ceramic surface is the very best. Great for sautéing anything to your personal preference. Browns up any meat and veggies perfectly. Does well on fish and shell fish. Salmon, shrimp, or scallops all cook up perfectly with a nice sear. Functions perfectly as a wok. A quick wipe is all it takes to clean between your cooking different items. Bits scrape up easy for a great gravy or sauce. Heats up quickly and evenly. Easy to clean. Controls are somewhat confusing but learning curve is short. The only change I would like to see is handles on the inner pan - it gets too hot to handle.

I adore this Smart Skillet—especially the sear function. It's also great on a higher heat to reduce sauces. A couple things need improvement: the lid handle gets hot (that should be an easy design fix), and the non-stick interior pot has no handles (which it should have)—so be sure to let it cool in the base which will take longer than if it was safe and easy to remove while hot (it's not). Also, the pan can get very hot—be careful when removing the lid as there can be a lot of steam. So, generally a win but Green Pan could do a little better design-wise. I'm a loyal Green Pan gal!

This is a nice "gadget" but I can see it being donated soon. The presets are nice but the manual settings are ridiculous. Why can I only set the manual cook time for ONE HOUR maximum. That makes NO sense. Also adjusting the time/temp is not user friendly. To lock in the adjusted time, press "time" again. To lock in the adjusted temp, press "start". Why not have the process the same and press "temp" again. I can't count the number of times I've accidentally turned it off pressing "start/stop" for the wrong adjustment.

Received it and used it this weekend. Verdict? Game changer! I used my new electric skillet for Asian stirfry recipes, one with chicken and another with pork and beef. The wok function alone earns the 5 stars for this review! Meat cooked quickly and so did vegetables plus cleanup was a cinch. I am looking forward to using the other features of this latest addition to my Green Pan tools.

Purchased this to replace an old electric skillet / rice cooker and has not disappointed. Very easy to saute foods and then add additional ingredients for simmer, I.e. spaghetti. The higher sides makes frying chicken less messy and the rice cooker option gives enough rice for an entire family of 6!

Its ok. Not great for the cost. I used this 2 times and the letters/labels on the controls are coming off. I soon wont be able to see what each button is for. The temps and time limits are not great either. For some dishes I would like to use a higher temp for longer time frames but this unit wont allow for a manual temp and time which limits what I can use it for. It is nice looking but thats not all great for high cost.
