Excellent quality, lightweight, great heat conduction throughout the skillet

Excellent all in one pan that heats quickly & holds the temp well. The convenience of sauteing veggies then searing a steak immediately after is fantastic. The clean up is simply wipe & dry.

This is so versatile! I can get a good sear then turn to cook low and slow and cover. I’ve make pancakes, fried rice, and burger so far and I love love love! It’s so easy to clean, too.

Turns out the electric skillet is useful for more than just an electric skillet . Replaced my rice and slow cooker. Frying up some beignets and donuts as well as keeping warm the soup. Amazing product.

This is a great addition to any kitchen!! We love the high sides so things don't fall out while sateeing and the splatters stay in the pan. It's good for sauteeing, stewing, boiling, etc. We have donated our frying pans and pots and use this easy to clean-up pan for everything. Love it enough that we have two on hand.
