Box came soaking wet in a plastic sack wrapped and put in a box to ship. All other items were ruined

Poor shipping and packaging

I thought I would try the heavy duty because I was using so many of the other cloths.  My floors are in a heavily traffic area and I would go through a lot of regular cloths to complete the job.  The heavy duty cloths were great and I didn't have to use as many, plus you can turn them over and use the other side.

Definitely traps more dirt!
