Four unique flavors with about 15 slices per flavor, you cannot go wrong with this item. Every week we have Fantibulous Fun Friday which is also our date day. We eat this cheese pack sometime during every date day.

Just bought it. It's good and convenient with the zip close. Each of the cheeses has a unique subtle and subtle taste. The irish cheddar is the best and tastes different from regular, the ementale is stiffer like Swiss with a nice scent. Both the fontana and gouda are less firm and pleasant. Variety is the spice of life and its nice to try different cheeses side by side.

I thought I was being smart, beating the crowds by buying the cheese the week before Thanksgiving. Checked the expiration date, April of next year. I'm good. Went to pull it out of the fridge this morning and found the unopened package full of moldy cheese. The only blue cheese I was planning on serving was stuffed in green olives. I live 20 minutes away from any store that might have been open. I don't have the time to find replacement cheese. I will be returning it.

I loved being able to sample these cheeses. I loved the simplicity of the slices, tray and resealable packaging. As far as how gourmet they are, I don't know, but I loved all of them and will be keeping them on hand often for a quick snack with crackers, game nights with friends and even sandwiches. If you don't think they are gourmet enough, then shopping from a gourmet deli is the answer. This is a great product in taste and convenience for the price point.
