It's the only brand Sam's carries. It tastes good when not toasted. It has a burnt taste, even when making grilled cheese or anything like that. Not a full loaf though. The cost is waaaaay over priced for the pair. Does store well in freezer, once removed it is kept in the fridge.

A normal diet goal is 130-220g carbs per day. A diabetic goal is 30-60g carbs per day. A KETO diet is to eliminate as much carbs as possible. So 20 - 50g carbs per day. Maybe even less. That said, This KETO bread has 10g carbs and 35 calories per slice but 9 GRAMS OF FIBER. The rule of thumb is fiber can be subtracted from total and the result is the amount of grams of carbs that are turned into glucose. Thats ONE GRAM of carbs per slice. 2g for a sandwich. So if you wanted to add a slice of cheese to your ham sandwich, now you have a total 3 grams of carbs per sandwich before adding your favorite high fiber greens. Yes, the texture is different, the taste is different. The ability to eat bread while on a KETO diet OR a diabetic is HUGE. This is a must have.

Freeze one and use one as it got mold within a few days. This is a fluffier bread, which is actually good to make garlic bread. The slices are fairly large and not small like other brands. It taste fine but doesn’t last long so you will need to go through it quick. I leave bread on the counter in daylight, so perhaps I just got a bad batch.

I've bought this multiple times. I've had an instance where the bread molded even before I got through half of the first loaf. Other times I've finished both loaves without any problems. Not sure if it was just a bad batch. Overall, it's not as soft as regular bread but it's a great good substitute for those reducing carbs.

I've tried several brands of keto bread and this is the best. It's a hefty slice of bread and only 35 calories per slice with 9 grams of fiber. I've been buying this for a couple years now and hope Sam's Club always keeps it in stock. Highly recommend!

yummy! yummy yummy yummy in my tummy! This doesn't just taste good but I always feel good when I eat this instead of "regular" bread. "regular" bread has sooo much sugar and makes you feel all heavy and fatigued, this stuff tastes great (for me personally it tastes exactly as "regular" bread but different people have noticed different things, some say it is less sweet or a slightly different texture) and it is healthy (I can attest to this based on how I feel). My new bread!

I'm sorry about a bad review and I don't usually write bad reviews. I've tried to like this bread but after eating at least 8 types of keto bread, this is absolutely the worst. I have tried to give it a chance making toast, sandwiches...even French toast. This bread is utterly bad. I would say "tasteless" but it does have a cardboard flavor EVEN with sweet jams or maple syrup (when made as French toast).

For being a keto bread, it was soft and had a good taste.I would highly recommend it
