Seriously derived from cardboard

There is simply no way to eat GOOD bread or pasta on a low carb diet. This literally tastes like cardboard, zero exaggeration. Will never buy a keto bread again. The low carb tortilla wraps are the only quality alternative.

Filling

This taste and size is like regular bread, but it is very low in calories and has a lot of fiber. To me one sliced is enough when having a meal. Also buying it at Sam's you save money.

Just ok..

It’s just ok. The macros are great but the taste is a bit off to me. Our grocery store makes a similar bread same macros that tastes way closer to actual bread and less artificial.

No! No! Put it down! It's awful! Don't do it!

I get another brand of Keto bread at the supermarket but this was the only one I saw at Sam's. I figured we could live with it through two loaves, but the bread was awful and I had to toss it. Flavorless and quite expensive for two loaves at Sam's.

Moldy

The bread turned moldy within a few days. This is not the first time we bought this bread and all the other times it lasts more than three weeks like most keto products.

Mixed opinion, wife and I disagree

We wanted to try this bread due to its 1 point per slice Weight Watchers value. I like the bread and happily save the points. My wife, however, does not care for the taste and she thinks it has an odd texture. I’d say give it a try!

Perfect for "cheating"

This bread really hits the spot in low carb keto diets when you need bread for a bit of a change in the low carb diet. It freezes really well so I can enjoy it on days I need my bread fix.

KETO = VERY LOW glucose carbs. This is it. 1g each

If you are looking for a perfect bread comparison? You're out of luck. If you would like toast with your steak and eggs or have a ham and cheese sandwich? This is it. For comparison: Nature's Own Butterbread has 70 calories, 13g carbs and 0g fiber. That means you are taking in 26g of carbs that will turn to sugar for ONE sandwich or two pieces of toast. A normal diet goal is 130-220g carbs per day. A diabetic goal is 30-60g carbs per day. A KETO diet is to eliminate as much carbs as possible. So 20 - 50g carbs per day. Maybe even less. That said, This KETO bread has 10g carbs and 35 calories per slice but 9 GRAMS OF FIBER. The rule of thumb is fiber can be subtracted from total and the result is the amount of grams of carbs that are turned into glucose. Thats ONE GRAM of carbs per slice. 2g for a sandwich. So if you wanted to add a slice of cheese to your ham sandwich, now you have a total 3 grams of carbs per sandwich before adding your favorite high fiber greens. Yes, the texture is different, the taste is different. The ability to eat bread while on a KETO diet OR a diabetic is HUGE. This is a must have.
