Good bread. Not perfect, but way better than most.

As I read through the other reviews, you have to wonder, why does other bread NOT mold in 2 or 3 days? Maybe it's due to all of the preservatives that were added to it? Here's an idea for this bread, put it in the refrigerator, then it lasts for weeks. Look at the ingredients list on this loaf of bread, 15 items and not one preservative. Now look at the ingredient list for some other white bread that doesn't mold on the counter (I stopped counting at 25). It is a bit tougher, but that is most likely due to the added fiber (9g vs 3g for regular bread) to bring the net carbs down. Anyways, yeah, we like this bread. It is as close to full carb sliced white bread as I have found, especially at this price point. It is a bit tougher, but that has benefits when you have a heavy sandwich, like chicken salad, or when making French Toast. It is a solid bread substitute for a low net carb diet.

Careful with any commercial KETO product. But ....

Do I fully trust the one net carb per slice claim? Over the years I have learned not to, and don't. But ... I do occasionally enjoy a sandwich or a slice of buttered toast. In moderation, I have not had any issues affecting my KETO journey. The loaves freeze well! I throw one loaf right into the freezer, as is, in it's own wrapper and have never noticed any difference in taste or texture in the once frozen loaf vs the never frozen one. Also hard to beat the price for two loaves of KETO bread.
