I have changed my diet to more of a Keto diet. This bread is really good and the price at Sam’s is good. Please keep this on the shelf at the Sam’s Club in Orlando.

Has a great texture and flavor. You do have to put it in the fridge immediately so it last. However that is with any keto or gluten free bread. They last longer on the fridge without getting moldy.

I like it. I do have to take the crust off though I've never been a crested girl but for some reason this crust is even more annoying lol. But the sides in the top just come right off with your fingers ripping it the bottom you need to use some kitchen scissors. But yeah I like it a lot and the price is very good at Sam's I freeze one loafsometimes I even freeze one and a half loaves and just that way it stays fresh

I bought this for sandwiches. I did not expect it to be perfect. It is definitely not perfect. It is chewy, and not in a good way. It has an aftertaste, and not a good one. It tastes higher in sodium. I do not consider the keto factor or the fiber to be good enough to overcome the negatives. This bread is not for me.

Worst Keto friendly bread. I purchased it because it claims to have 1 gram of carbs. However, the slices are thicker than the 647 bread that I typically purchase which adds to the density of the bread. It is tough and chewy and just kind of wants to struggle to be swallowed. I read that somebody said it was like packing material ... I don't disagree with that comment. Unfortunately, at Sams Club you get 2 loaves. I was thinking of just drying out the bread and dicing it for stuffing for Thanksgiving, but I'm afraid I'll have awful stuffing! Just guess the trash bin gets the rest of this bread because I can't imagine any of my neighbors wanting a bread that is this tough and chewy.

The “soft white” promise is misleading because it feels soft but tastes rough. It also has the characteristic keto bread smell - not very strong but it’s there. Overall, it makes me sad and feeling like I’m missing out on real bread. I think other brands or varieties of break made with whole wheat or seeds mask the stringy texture of keto bread better.
