Before purchasing the Luxe Adapt Soft I had the basic Adapt Medium Hybrid. The new mattress is much better for my neck and back. I have had it for a month now and it is taking some time to get used to it because I have always had a firm all my life, which does provide better back support. Due to my age (77), and my being a side sleeper, the sales personnel recommended the soft.

I have scoliosis and arthritis in my knee from surgeries and need a good mattress for a good night's sleep. I love this mattress! My kids keep wanting to take it for their own beds.

I love my new Tempur LuxeAdapt!!! Tempur-pedic is by far the best mattress MFG on the planet!!! No one else comes close!!! I incurred a back injury while serving my country during Operation Desert Storm!!! This is the only mattress that had the support I needed to get a great night's rest!!! When you spend 1/3 of your life in bed, why not spend it on the best mattress possible!!! Also, the warranty team is the best in the business!!! After a month of researching mattresses (tons of other brands, plus the Tempurs) I decided upon the LuxeAdapt Soft-it was delivered & set up yesterday & I could not be happier. Our previous (expensive) mattress sunk like the Titanic after 10 years-literally, one side & then the other so we were sleeping in a hammock. I sleep on my side, I was convinced that I had restless leg syndrome or something, I definitely have skin pressure issues & had lower back surgery 12 yrs ago, so I'm all over the place all night. Last night, for the first time in years, I basically slept in one spot without turning over every hour because of hip pain. I believe I turned over one time. Unbelievable. So far it's 2 thumbs up.

I had almost forgotten what it felt like to have a complete night's sleep, then I got this mattress. It's actually quite amazing what the transition from my previous mattress to this mattress has been like. I no longer have a sore and stiff back in the morning. My shoulders no longer are numb and stiff in the morning, (I'm a side sleeper). I was skeptical about purchasing this mattress as it was outside my price point, but after talking with people I know who own this mattress, I felt confident this was the right move, and it was. When I go to bed each night I lay on the mattress and make an audible ahhhh sound and about 5 minutes later, it's morning. It just works. If you are on the fence about purchasing a mattress I could not more whole-heartily recommend the Tempur-LuxeAdapt.

When we first got this bed, I thought that it was way too firm. It took about a week for me to change my mind. Now I feel like the bed is the perfect true medium with support. I had a cloud supreme for over 15 years before needing to upgrade and that bed slept a little warm. I have not been warm in this bed. It is exactly what I was looking for which is soft give to the top with support in the bottom. My husband seems to like a firmer bed and I like a softer one, but we are both happy with this one. I have no problem turning over or getting out of this bed. I like the removable cover on it as well and even though no one will see it, the cover has a slight shimmer woven into the material and just looks great too!

We originally had the Pro-Adapt and the soft was way too soft, so I was surprised when we received the Luxe-Adapt and the soft is like a medium. It's perfect and I love it! We have never had such a good nights sleep! We highly recommend the Luxe-Adapt it's the most luxurious mattress you could ever imagine.

It is a pleasure to sleep on this new mattress every night. The low back pain that I have been living with is very much reduced - due to the support of this new mattress. Very disappointed! Feels like a soft mattress instead of a firm! I have back issues and thought for sure this was the answer, but it made me feel worse. Was told this would be the better one. Not so for me. Should have gone with my gut...ProAdapt firm
