It is very bold flavor profile with hints of garlic, salt and a strong citrus lime flavor. A little does go a long way. We used on shrimp and the kids and hubby all enjoyed. It is not gluten free for all my celiac friends

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just the spice combo had me sold alone; I'm a huge fan of the kick of garlic and the acid citrus hit of lime to dress up a lot of foods so seeing this one definitely meant it was good for a try. And why not start with steak fajitas? Toss some steak ribbons in with a tumble of this spice combo and just the smell of them cooking was fantastic! The taste just *mwah*! It's a nice big container too, so you can be plenty generous with the spices and it goes a long way. Love the picture/design on the front too; it definitely makes the front row of the spice rack because who would want to hide it? I'd love to try more of these spice combos in the future, see how else I can easily upgrade favorite meals!

I've been putting it on my shrimp to season it and it's also very good on chicken and then putting it on the grill. I will be buying this when I run out, it's yummy!

I've put this on chicken and also steak, I haven't tried it on seafood yet but I'm sure it's amazing seeing as it's tasty on everything I've tried it on thus far! The seasoning brought the chicken to life and gave it such a delicious flavor! I will be using this seasoning for our future dinners! I can't wait to try it on the grill! I mixed it with the other Kinder's seasoning I received. They complimented one another.
