This plays really well with veggies and I really like it on chicken - we tried it on veggies, pork and chicken. But! Be aware that this has a lime note that comes roaring through. I think that this could be really great on some finely diced chicken breast that is in a quesadilla or on a salad with a dressing that compliments. Thrilled to have had a chance to try this.

The flavor is so versatile , I've used it on chicken,veggies, rice, pasta, bagels and I've yet to use it on fish. I'm interested in trying the other flavors from this brand. It's not too salty, it's got a light lime taste and I want to say a slight cilantro taste as well. Try it out! You'll enjoy.
