Originally ordered the Cloud online and then cancelled and upgraded to the Adapt pro med-hybrid. We also got a smart base. It took forever for one order to get cancelled and updated. Further more, we never received our $300 special package(protector, sheets, pillows). With the money we spend on these products, a 3-5 day window for email correspondence is absolutely absurd.

For the past 25 years I have only had the pleasure of sleeping on hand-me-down mattresses that probably should have just gone to the trash. I would constantly wake up with back pain, toss and turn throughout the night, and just could not get a good nights sleep. My wife and I were reluctant to get a new mattress. The cost to us was shocking. We did not feel comfortable spending the amount but we knew we needed one. Well, we are glad we did. Since the first night we haven't had a bad nights sleep. We are so glad we chose this model and were also happy that the "soft" feel was still firm enough for the both of us. My back pain has since disappeared and each night I'm glad to get a good nights sleep. If you have any doubts, put them to rest. This mattress is worth the price and you'll have a better nights sleep because of it.

my husband and I purchased a tempuric mattress in 2021. The first months of use we loved our mattress. However, today, with two years of use, we clearly feel that the mattress is very sunken where we sleep. We feel a hole where we lay. Both me and my husband are feeling a lot of back pain, especially when waking up, we believe that this is due to the mattress being completely uneven, lumpy, sagging and without structure. I would like to point out that we are not fat, so there is no overweight on the mattress and we don't spend many hours lying down either. We go to bed around 10 pm and wake up between 7 am and 9 am. It's not worth the price, for in two years the mattress will be completely bad, uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on.

This is an amazing bed, both for the firmness and size. We purchased a King Firm and will never look back. We wanted to get this 5 years ago when my wife began experiencing severe lower back pain due to arthritis in the disc joints. However, we postponed and attempted numerous other 'back expert' options. After about 3 weeks the difference is night and day, and although she was not healed completely, her attitude towards the future is bright like I have not seen in ages. We're so grateful for this product, if you are on the fence, I recommend you go for it today!

We got this California King sized mattress to replace a waterbed insert mattress that we had kept way past its expiration date! We expected an initial adjustment period. But from the 1st night, it felt great! It fit perfectly inside our waterbed frame, and was the perfect thickness to let us roll out of bed without landing on the hard sideboards of that frame. The only negative thing I can think to say about this mattress is that the "Law Tag" was nowhere I could find. And the website was of absolutely no help in pointing me to the right spot to look for it. That tag has the serial number of the mattress that the online registration process requires. I ended up calling customer support, and they registered my mattress without that S/N. Still, it would be helpful if the online registration function, knowing which mattress you are trying to register, could direct you to EXACTLY where the tag could be found. Another way to be helpful about this would be to encourage retail store delivery staff to show customers this tag so the S/N could be recorded BEFORE this heavy mattress gets put in its "final resting place". P.S. I'm not writing this review because it qualifies me for entry into a monthly prize drawing (Big deal ... I never win anything ;-) I'm writing it, hoping that someone will actually fix the online website as suggested above. While it is no longer an issue for me, it will continue to needlessly frustrate future customers. You're welcome!

My previous bed was also a Tempurpedic. I used it for 10 years and it was time for a change. The new ProAdapt (firm for me) is incredible. I'm a side sleeper, and this bed provides the firm support I need. I don't like the feeling of sinking into a bed, so if that's your thing, look at a medium or soft version of this mattress. I also bought the Ergo Extend adjustable base and it's a must have if you read in bed or watch TV. Yes Tempurpedic beds are very expensive compared to the competition, but I believe that over time, they provide the best value. The firmness extends to the edges of the bed, making getting into and out of bed much easier on my back. Check it out and get one!

The bed was firmer than expected when it arrived. After 45 days it is starting to break in. The edges of the bed are soft and sink when we sit on them. The bed is necessary for my husband who needs to elevate his upper body when he sleeps. The beds are difficult to change the sheets and the mattresses slide apart often.

The soft mattress is great. The pillows are comfortable and the bed head and foot raising is great. My back feels a lot better in the morning. Only thing I wish I had gotten a king size vs queen. Always had a king bed but decided to downsize. It's still great.

I admit I had doubts it was as good as advertised, and I am so happy to say I was wrong to have those doubts! From the first night I felt the difference in my sleep and my body when I woke up. It forms perfectly where I need it to, no more waking up in the middle of the night to change positions. My husband is equally satisfied with the mattress, especially not being disturbed when I move around!
