I tried in store, was very comfortable. When this was delivered much to hard. I gave it 4 weeks. Would awake with back pain. They did pick up mattress but had to pay for foundation. $400. They wanted me to pay for shipping but explained I was having to take a day off work to be home. So they did let me out off shipping charge

My first Tempur Pedic lasted 12 years. I chose to purchase a "In the box mattress" only to return and purchase the Pro-Adapt which we love dearly. Last time I settle for a lesser product. Now I wake each day fully refreshed.

Aft first, we held off on buying a Tempur-Pedic because pricing was over our budget. In hindsight, we should have gotten the mattress sooner. Pressure relief is fantastic and my hips do not hurt in the morning. I stopped tossing and turning during the night and feel rested in the morning.

I gave it 4 stars because the mattress is shorter in length than my previous mattress. My bed is also sitting lower but I plan to get risers to bring it up about 3in.

Our previous mattress was medium density but we needed more support after sustaining injuries over the years. I started to have hip pain and my husband back pain. The firm density instantly began to reduce our pain. It took around 1 week to break in the mattress as expected. We are sleeping peacefully and with dramatically reduced pain at night. When I move to the center of the mattress, I feel I'm moving uphill and sleeping on a ridge. The left side of the mattress feels ok. Not sure why this mattress feels different than the same exact mattress I ordered 2 months ago for my guest room double bed, but it's definitely different. I've had to order a custom foundation to fit the waterbed frame. Hopefully when that arrives the mattress will feel better.

Replaced our 20 year King TempurPedic which we loved with the Split King adjustable because it was time for us to make the change. Hated to give up our older mattress but the newer firm split king adjustable is every bit as comfortable. The ability to alter the beds separately is a real benefit as we age. It took 5 weeks to get the bed. It's a real nice bed I haven't slept this good for a long time. The down side is that if I wake up in the middle of the night whatever part of my body is in contact with the mattress is hot and sweaty. It's no wonder why the charge a couple more thousand to get one of the cooling mattresses. Those are the reasons why i rated it a 3/5.

I was expecting to be wowed by the mattress because of the cost and all the hype but it is not as big as my older california king maybe the dimension standards are different based on brands. In my opinion the cost is very high and the thickness is not to my liking. I am not impressed due to the high cost. it is over priced for sure.
