We were initially very happy with our Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Soft mattress—it was comfortable and felt like a great investment. However, after just a couple of years, it started to lose its shape and is now sagging in multiple areas. Since this seemed like a clear product failure, we filed a warranty claim. We provided all requested documentation, including photos showing proper support underneath the mattress and that we’ve consistently used a mattress protector as recommended at the time of purchase. Despite this, our claim was denied, citing improper care. This was extremely frustrating and honestly confusing, given that we’ve followed all care guidelines. It’s hard to understand how that conclusion was reached based on the information provided. No expert came out to review the mattress they based this on a few images that to be looked exactly like the examples. For a product at this price point, I expected better durability and stronger support from the company in honoring their warranty. This experience has been very disappointing and has definitely changed my perspective. I would encourage others to look closely at warranty coverage and long-term performance before making a purchase. I would NOT recommend this product OR this company after this experience.

We like the bed. Proadapt hybrid actually helps you roll over in bed. Try it in comparison to a standard bed. My only complaint is even though these beds are supposed to be cooler than the older beds, (which I just got rid of) I dont see it. Had my old bed for 10 years. Was happy with it so that's why I bought another. Even though it seems hat at times, we still like it.

Husband and I both have bad backs, but apparently have grown to thrive on our 11 year old Tempurpedic, which was firm initially, but with constant use by us and two large dogs had apparently became a bit less firm. Our mistake was not going to the store to try the mattresses. When my husband finally did go he received quality advice from the sales person, thus making the decision to exchange the firm ProAdapt twin mattress for a second Medium ProAdapt. Tempurpedic was more than sympathetic and helpful. Their 90 day exchange policy is more than fair. We needed to pay an additional shipping fee, but, after agonizing for days about this finally decided the medium was the way to go. We do appreciate Tempurpedic's flexibility. Thank you, all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried very hard over the years to get my wife to replace our aging mattress but she kept insisting it met her needs. She developed that cozy spot no matter how we turned or rotated the mattress. Then one day getting up she felt a spring poking through the cover and she said I think it's time to consider a new mattress. We went to a few stores and spent hours trying various brands and found this product to be incredible. It has the support comfort and temperature to allow a restful sleep where you wake up feeling well rested. The mattress is expensive and a bit disappointing that it is not manufactured in the United States hence the 4 star rating.

Being in the same room as it... impossible not to be drawn to it and lay down in the bliss of tempur-comfort! Combined with the Ease Base and watch out, you'll never want to be anywhere but bed again. Five stars!

A little hard for the first two nights but then the best night sleep you will ever have. I will never buy anything other than Tempur-Pedic. Absolutely love all their products!!

I was waking up feeling like I had been hit by a truck. My neck, back, and hip would hurt so bad I started seeing a chiropractor twice week for the past six months! I purchased this mattress and my body doesn't feel sore, stiff and in pain anymore! I get a great nights sleep now I feel refreshed and recharged for the day ahead! I wish I had made this purchase a long time ago. I can't believe I tortured myself for so long sleeping on that old mattress! I am a customer for life!!!

I hate to say this but the mattress didn't live up to our expectations. It's firm as expected but...it's just not what I hoped and dreamed a tempurpedic mattress would be. We tried it out, loved it at the store, but now that we've got to use it...not worth bragging about...unfortunately

We just bought our second Tempurpedic-ProAdapt Firm mattress because we love it so much! We have a second home in Florida, which is where we spend the winter months. We first bought this mattress for our bed in Kentucky and it dramatically improved our sleeping there. When we came to Florida this winter, we missed the bed so much! We love the support that we had been feeling with the Tempurpedic mattress. After much debate, we decided to duplicate the bed for the time we are here. At first, we felt the bed was too firm, but after a week, we were in love with it! Good support for the back! Took care of my husband's restless legs.

I’m extremely disappointed with my Tempur-Pedic bed. I specifically chose this mattress and adjustable base setup because it’s marketed as helping with comfort and sleep issues like sleep apnea, which was a major factor in my decision. After only four years of use, the mattress has significantly broken down in the middle—right where it’s most affected by being propped up on the adjustable frame. This is especially frustrating because the entire system is designed and promoted to be used this way. I used the bed exactly as intended, regularly adjusting the base to improve my sleep. Instead of holding up, the mattress has lost its structure and support in a very noticeable way, making it uncomfortable and undermining the very reason I invested in it. To make matters worse, my warranty claim was denied due to a sweat stain. This makes no sense, as the breakdown is not even in the same area as the stain—it’s in the section where the adjustable frame raises the mattress and where my body weight is concentrated. If the stain were truly the cause, the damage would be in that location, not in a completely different area. It feels like an excuse to avoid honoring the warranty rather than addressing a legitimate product failure. For a premium product that’s supposed to be durable and supportive—especially for people dealing with sleep issues—this kind of deterioration in such a short time is unacceptable. I expected far better quality and longevity. Based on my experience, I will never buy another product from this company. Don’t waste your money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
