Having two dogs and children who love to go outside and play going in and out of the house... brings a lot of dirt on our floors. We also have a 170 lb cane corso dog who loves to drool everywhere tracking dirt! This vacuum has kept the house so much easier to keep our floors clean! I noticed a big difference when using cold water vurses hot water so please remember to use HOT water when using. The heat breaks up the dirt better when cleaning. Highly recommend!

It cleams the floor quickly, easily, and without a ton of liquid left behind so it dries really fast. I've recommended it to many friends because I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wet dry Zack is awesome. I have an older tile floor that can be a real pain to keep clean. It's nice to be able to quickly clean up small or even big messes without bringing out a mop and preparing water every time I need to clean something up. I don't need to separate the wet mess from the dry mess and can do it all at the same time. I love the self cleaner button because I can clean the brushes without getting my hands dirty. It's great that it can be used on different flooring types because there's a different floor in my bathroom and I can just take it with me there to do a quick cleanup in between full cleanups. This crosswave is a real godsend for busy families.

I really like the self cleaning option, though I still took apart the pieces to wash and let dry. We have dogs, so we could see the dog hair around the brush, but I was happy that it didn't stop anything up. I still swept before mopping in order to get as much hair up first as I could. I hardly ever mopped before, and now this lets me do it much easier!

It works perfect for a quick fix on the floor, it maps the fresh spills with a floor sanitiser that came with it. I like that the same solution will work for wood, tile or laminate as we have all 3 kinds in our home. I am surprised to see that it has a self-cleaning button, so I don't need to worry to clean it. I love that with one tool, I am able to vacuum and wash the floors at the same time, and I save my precious time!

This did a fantastic job vacuuming his fur, while cleaning the floors. I was so impressed! You just add water and a small amount of solution into the tank and get going. I was astonished when I dumped the dirty water out.
