Bought this item less than a year ago. While the range itself works fairly well, heats quickly and generally has good features, I am unable to give it any sort of positive score as it is already broken within a year. Purchasing the extended warranty seems to not do anything to help me. Turned on the largest "burner" to max setting last week only to have a loud popping noise resulting in a dead range. Samsung repair tech did not check my breaker, and since I wasn't home I was not able to assist. He left without fixing it, and now I'm out of a working range for another week. By the time this is fixed, I will have been out TWO WHOLE WEEKS without a working stove/oven. Steer clear of this item, and any Samsung electric range unless you are prepared to spend a lot of money on your family's food while waiting for the repair.

It is a very important info. Also the screen saver should be always turned on or at least able to be configurated. After a while, the equipment turn it off! When you clean the glass area, the oven door open itself because you clean the the image...should be corrected or small idea to avoid it (2 click to open it for example) Also on the menu mode, some receipe are available but impossible to get them on the screen! Overall the equipment makes the job but the display and the menu not enough well designed, thought or tested! Are the Samsung enginneer who developed the product cook themselves?

This range is a next level appliance that is awesome in so many ways. first, it is clean and streamlined. Looks elegant with white glass and the ambient light is both attractive and functional as a nice light at night. The touch pad is easy to use - our last range had touch pad controls on the front where knobs usually are and it was easy to bump into them and turn off the stove or oven by mistake when checking on something that was cooking. The touchpad is the AI hub and provides access to Smartthings, the internet, and many recipes. You can also link your other smart appliances to it and watch the news on your touchpad! the glass on the induction cooktop is textured and is easy to clean and easy to use. And it doesn't have hotspots. The oven seems to be consistent and we love the auto open door! Overall, this a fun to use and it is nice to look at as well.

It's not like your traditional range where you can just open the oven door manually, you have to press a button. It's nice but I hope that holds up for a long time. The white glass looks great in the white kitchen and is an easy clean. The technology it has is amazing. The touchscreen can provide you recipes as well as entertainment. I love the smart things app. You can control the range within the app and you can view your food as it is cooking due to camera. The induction range heats up the food pretty quickly and I like that you won't burn your hands if you accidently touch the flat tip. I highly recommend this induction range to anyone.

The sleek, modern design instantly makes the space look more sophisticated and stylish. The white glass panels match with my refrigerator which has white glass as well. The induction cooktop is different and you may need to use it a couple of times to get used to it. Compared to conventional electric stoves, it heats up incredibly fast and provides precise temperature control, which is perfect for someone like me who loves to cook. The technology behind it is impressive, with the cooktop only heating the pan and not the surrounding area, making it safer and more efficient. I also appreciate the thoughtful placement of the burners. They are well-spaced, allowing me to use multiple large pots and pans simultaneously without any hassle. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove in July 2024. I have always wanted an induction cooktop and convection oven. When I saw this one on sale I didn’t hesitate. The delivery team showed up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time (unheard of where I live). This unit requires some practice and getting use to. There is a learning curve to this stove. So far so good. No problems and no regrets.

I had the same issue as others in which the screen lock button does not function properly. I called Samsung and they said I could have a replacement and now they are giving me the run-around. I not only do not recommended this product, but I also do not recommend Samsung support.
