I am in love with my new Dustin! I tried another brand that was more expensive but ended up returning it because it did such a terrible job. Dustin is quick, yet thorough. Honestly, my house feels cleaner and looks cleaner than it does when I use my upright vacuum. I love the LIDAR technology, and am super impressed by the mapping and programming capabilities. Very happy with my purchase!

The best thing since Mom! As a 69-year-old bachelor working six days a week, I sometimes don't feel like sweeping and mopping the hardwood floors in my home. Since bObsweep has come into my life, I can forget about it, and being able to schedule when I want it done leaves me happy because I get clean floors without all the work.

Works good. I like having the self emptying unit which I have not had in the past. I have not tried the mopping yet only the vacuum and it works good. Only have issues when comes off an area rug seems to leave clumps of dog hair when comes off the area rugs also seems to get stuck under my kitchen cabinets at times. But overall for the price not a bad robot at all.

Updated review: My Dustin had issues from the beginning and then at 4 months it failed and had to be returned to BobSweep. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received. All we extremely helpful and prompt in their responses. I shipped the vac back to them and within a week a had a new perfectly working vac on my doorstep and I couldn't be happier.

Purchased Bob to see if robovacs worked. Do they ever! Initially was concerned as Bob clogged 3 days in a row, but no visible dog hair on carpet. By day 4 Bob caught up to the heavy load of 2 dogs shedding. Bob runs daily each to stay on top of it. High points: adjustable vacuum power, I run on high (dogs), brushes leave a trail of tracks so you can see 100% coverage. Impressive navigation.

I love my Dustin robot vac. It is very easy to set up and I love the blue tooth. I have a dog who sheds a lot and Dustin is up to the task. Also, I contacted their customer service and they are top notch!!! They resolved my issue quickly. That's hard to find. these days.

I Bought this robot vacuum about a month ago and immediately was enamored by his intuition and efficiency. We named him, Tito. Tito has displayed a great way to clean our brand new house. We have been using our Dustin Robot for about two months now. It has been very efficient in mapping out the house and cleaning. When the robot has to recharge it returns to base, recharges and then resumes where it left off. It has integrated seamlessly with our Alexa and we can operate remotely through the app. Really enjoy that it empties automatically at every return to base. We have been very pleased with it. We've owned other brands and so far this is operating the best.

I've had this robot vacuum for about a week now and have used it every day since. it has gotten stuck a time or two around my couch so all I did was add a "no sweep zone" and it resolve the issue immediately on the next scheduled cleaning. It has captured a ton of hair on my hard floors. I have two dogs and am used to vacuuming every single day, but with this it is very effortless. I love the mapping as well as the app so I'm able to monitor everything. I can even see a history of when it cleaned and how long it took. I'm hoping this lasts a long time! I got it when it was on sale for $258, I think $1,099 for a vacuum is crazy so definitely try to find it on sale!

Works really well after I figured out how to run it. Really pretty simple. I did text tech support on a couple of questions and they got back to me very quickly. It's now doing what it's susposed to do for the past week and a half without any hickups. Haven't needed to use the mop option yet so I can't give any feedback on that. Otherwise we are very pleased with the Dustin. I would recommend it. We did purchase it when Sam's had it on sale which was another bonus.
