I love Dustin. The app is very convenient. I wasn’t expecting half the features that were there. Being able to choose where I want him to clean and send him back to charge with a click is highly efficient. I also enjoy the accessibility of the app; anyone in my family can have control over him. My cat has warmed up to him after his initial impression.

OMG!  I cannot describe how happy I am with this little robot.  It is just perfect.  The options for schedule,  cleaning, levels, the mop or vaccum option. It's super smart. Mapped out my apartment perfectly.  Love the self empty option. Loud, but efficient. And it's just for a few seconds, nothing I can't tolerate.  My pets don't mind it at all. I love the thought that I will come home to a clean floor everyday. Great creation, super steal when I bought it and just overall satisfied with this little guy.  Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

Our cabin is getting vacuumed more often with Dustin. The vacuum does a great job mapping the area. We have set a schedule in the app for it to vacuum regularly. It has a brush that pulls debri away from the walls. It can also clean under furniture where a regular vacuum can not go. We are also enjoying the auto emptying station.

I love Dustin for my downstairs. It is all the wood-look laminate flooring with 1 sizeable short pile rug. I had thoroughly researched before buying him and expected some issues that others mentioned but I have not experienced them. Every few weeks, I use my wand vacuum to get the few areas that he can't get to, but otherwise he keeps my cat's hair, my mid-length hair, crumbs, and daily dust gone from my downstairs! I di try using it upstairs as well but it is all carpet and he kept getting so many carpet fibers stuck in his brush, that I stopped. The downstairs was my primary concern anyway. I am not planning on using the mop feature because I am concerned that over time getting it wet will cause problems, and that's not important to me anyway, just the daily sweep up.

I like that Dustin maps the house & knows where it's been & doesn't just wander around like my old vac. Also good to be able to set 'no vac or mop' zones instead of blocking stairways. Mopping function is better than no mopping at all but didn't clean up where the coffee was dripped. Overall decent vac, which is what I use it for mostly.

if you try to request your account information to be deleted, they will give a rude attitude and no they will not delete your private information you entered to create the account. Not to mention the false promises and unprofessional communication. The machine itself was good only on sweeping mode. If used higher suction, it will die in maybe 30 minutes. The mop is not useful. So i returned and tried to delete the account, with no use. Been a month and now they just stopped responding. They made wish i never made that purchase in the first place. The take away, purchase just a sweeping robot with map capabilities. And never use your real information with BOBSWEEP.

I bought this on sale with low expectations in July 2024. I have two kids and two dogs, and I don't know how I lived before having this robot! It cleans the floors noticeably well. I have not used the mopping function yet, but VERY happy with the product. I use it about 2-3 times per week.

Our little chore robot Dustin the self emptying robot vacuum has been then best adoption that our family has ever done. Dustin cleans up all the floors every time we ask him to and without any hesitation. He always cleans every room and never takes any shortcuts. He will even clean the floors when we are not home if we contact him through his app. The only thing that we have to watch out for is that he likes to look out the sliding glass door and is trying to figure out how to get outside so we have to make sure that the door is closed when he is working

I like my Dustin very much. I used it for more than a month before writing this review. It moves fast and very agile. The self empty function is great and the dust bag is huge. It can hold months of dirt before the bag needs to be discarded. I think it can hold more than 70 days worth of dirt. My favorite function is the quick clean which you can pick a room or circle you desired area e.g. two specific rooms together. To add Dustin to Alexa for voice command, it is easier to do it from the bObsweep mobile app, go to Settings->Alexa|Google Assistant->Alexa, follow the 4 steps instruction in the bObsweep mobile app, make sure you use the email and the "assigned" password in Step 2 to enable the skill in Step 3. Overall, I'm very happy with this robot vacuum cleaner.

I really like this little guy! The app is a little clunky, and he gets errors sometimes, but it's nothing that a quick glance and adjustment doesn't send him right back on his way! The only thing I haven't quite yet figured out is how to get him to not mop specific places. I have all hardwood, but don't want him putting water down on the runners in the hallway, but still want him mopping around the runners. Every time I use him, I get a little more savvy on how to do things. The instructions are decently clear, but some of it is not all intuitive. He does get stuck under my couch because the gap is big enough that he can almost get under, so he just struggles a bit. This is my first floor robot and I do love him (especially the blue color!)
