Great robot vacuum! The mapping capabilities are the best, I have owned several robot vacuums in the past and none have ever come close to comparing to this Dustin Bobsweep robot. Self-emptying is a huge bonus. I have a Golden Retriever which sheds and sheds, then sheds more, this vacuum can handle her hair, like I said BEST robot vacuum ever! You can bet I will purchase another one of these vacuums when it wears out.

This is my second “robot” cleaner. The first one being several years ago. It died and went to vacuum heaven. I was concerned about getting this because I wasn’t sure what the setup was going to be like. So much easier than days of past! Love Dustin (now renamed Dusty!). He mapped our big living room and even “climbed” onto the rug to clean. I was amazed! He goes home to dump or to recharge 😂. I loved mine so much I told a friend and she bought one too!

The Dustin Robot sweeper from bObsweep has far exceeded my expectations. Especially for the price (it was heavily discounted), I really expected to return it. Wow, just wow! It was very easy to set up even for a nontech person such as myself. I have a fairly large house with a lot of carpeting and a nonshedding dog that sheds like crazy. I have scheduled the vacuum to do half of the house on Monday, Thursday and the other half of the house on Tuesday, Friday. The battery charge would be enough to do the entire house, but don't think any robot vacuum could hold that much dog hair at one time. I am always impressed by the job it does. One of my favorite parts, is it fits way underneath beds and some furniture (depending on the clearance) where my normal vacuum can only do the edges. This vacuum is a keeper. I highly recommend it.

Should have bought a bObsweep a long time ago. So you don't read an essay, I'll get straight to it. - purchased our bObsweep Dustin online from Sam's Club and received the box in excellent condition - instructions were simple to understand, and set up was easy - only negative experience was when my bObsweep was finished with the 1st cleaning it continuously attempted to dock to the charging station with no success. After watching it do this for 30 minutes, I powered it off and contacted customer service via email. As my previous experience with most other companies customer service, I thought this would be a nightmare, and I would end up returning the vacuum. I was shockingly surprised! They answered my email 1st thing Monday morning and told me it sounded like a faulty dustbin. They sent me a new dustbin free of charge and told me I DID NOT have to send the old one back. When I received it in the mail, I installed the new dustbin and voila! It docked to the charging station with no issues. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also contacted me again to ensure the problem was fixed. This company DOES CARE about their customers. - cleans about 2,000 sq ft of hardwood floors and small rugs in 1hr and 40min. We have 3 dogs. 2 of which are a shepard and a malamute. It picks up every piece of hair. You have to see it to believe it. We run our bObsweep 2x a day so the hair doesn't get stuck in the dustbin. Otherwise, it won't empty on the docking station. Like I said it picks up every piece of hair. - As a husband that travels for his job, I bought this to help my wife save some time cleaning because she works as well. She went from vacuuming and swiffering every day to never touching either one except on our thick entrance mats on the weekend. This literally saves her about 6 hours a week. - I am a bObsweep customer for life. From the customer service department to the quality of the machine and cleaning ability, I couldn't have made a better decision when it comes to one of these vacuums. It was seriously worth every penny.

I bought this as an early mothers day present for myself:) We're loving our Dustin bobsweep! I have not yet tried the mop feature. But so far am really impressed with his sweeping abilities. I am not an overly tech-savvy person and have been grateful that even I can figure out how to run him:)

We have 2 white labs that sched. There is white fur all over the house every day. We can’t keep up with vacuuming. That is until now. Dustin runs every day at 9 AM. Now when the sun shines on the floors there is barely any fur. That is both on hard floors as well as carpeted areas. Sometimes there is so much fur, the suction is not strong enough to clear Dustin, so it needs to be cleared manually. But it is still worth it.

To be honest, I was a little worried about the low cost I was paying for this unit since I had purchased a very nice iRobot 3 years ago for $499 and we loved it until the batter slowly went out on the unit and we finally were unable to recharge it for very much use. So, we bought the below unit from our local Sam’s Club on a special price week. The nice thing about the Dustin is that is empties itself unlike my $499 iRobot which we had to empty every 4-5 days by hand. The other very impressive future of the Dustin was the setup. I am a very tech savvy person and I know a little about the various mapping systems in vehicles and how they work. The Dustin has the same mapping system as high end cars! I was shocked as I watched this little vacuum map our basement in about 15 minutes. It was incredible to watch. After this we found that the Dustin would get hung up on some items in our utility room and we simply cut those parts of the house off to it and it does not go in those tight areas anymore. We have this setup to vacuum 5 days a week at midnight because our iRobot was loud. Again, I had to start this unit manually one day to just get the basement clean and I was shocked because I could hardly hear it! Now we have it setup to vacuum in the morning and my office is also in the basement and it does not bother me at all! Overall this is a 5 STAR unit for sure and for less than 50% of an iRobot with 2x the features it’s a true winner IMO and I never give out a 5 STAR review. We need this now made into a 400% larger unit for our warehouse 😊 Thank you James

We call him Dusty and has done a fine job picking up after us. Seems like he’s learning the layout of the house pretty well and has his own personality. The first time we let him do his thing while we weren't there he got stuck as too much hair had gathered in the roller. I check that more often now and is easy to clean out. Always finds his way back to his home and empty himself. Really no complaints as he has fit in with us and just goes about his business doing what was designed to do.

Betty Bot aka Dustin has been a lifesaver, literally!! I ruptured two discs in my back while mopping my kitchen floor. I wish I had a better story for the ruptures, like mountain climbing, an extreme shopping trip or saving a kitten from a tree, but alas, it was my Saturday cleaning chores that ruined my back. While I sat on bed rest for two weeks so my back could heal, I started doing research on the best robot vacuum/mop combo. The results came back and Dustin was the clear winner. So now, my Saturdays are no longer taken up by mopping and sweeping my floors. I now have time to do those things I love. Not mountain climbing (I'm afraid of heights) or saving a kitten (allergic) but I can do extreme shopping trips at Sams, all thanks to Betty Bot aka Dustin!!
