I bought this in February and it's been a timesaver. It is well packaged, easy to setup and does a great job. I haven't used the mop function yet. It's programmed to run 3 days a week when I'm at work. It's nice to come home to a clean floor with no pet hair.

I purchased the Dustin Wi-Fi Connected Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum and Mop "Bob" on sale for 199.98 back in Februrary and I love it! I have all wood floors through out my home & was constantly sweeping. (I have a short haired dog). Now I let Bob do all the heavy work when we are out of the house enjoying our retirement! I have yet to try the mop feature.

I am so happy with Dustin! I can schedule the cleaning and not have to worry that my floors are not getting clean. I have extra plus carpet in my bedroom and Dustin does not have any problems with cleaning it! I have 2 dogs that shed pretty bad and Dustin does not have any issues with the pet hair! I bought another one for my son. Dustin is worth every penny!

Betty Bot aka Dustin has been a lifesaver, literally!! I ruptured two discs in my back while mopping my kitchen floor. I wish I had a better story for the ruptures, like mountain climbing, an extreme shopping trip or saving a kitten from a tree, but alas, it was my Saturday cleaning chores that ruined my back. While I sat on bed rest for two weeks so my back could heal, I started doing research on the best robot vacuum/mop combo. The results came back and Dustin was the clear winner. So now, my Saturdays are no longer taken up by mopping and sweeping my floors. I now have time to do those things I love. Not mountain climbing (I'm afraid of heights) or saving a kitten (allergic) but I can do extreme shopping trips at Sams, all thanks to Betty Bot aka Dustin!!

This is the first robot vacuum that we've had and it is truly amazing. Dustin mapped out our house on the first try. We found out we had to lift up the bed skirts since Dustin recognized that as a solid surface and wouldn't clean under the bed. Other that that, we had to move some of the electrical cords so he wouldn't get stuck in them. Both of us were computer people and we really get a kick out of watching this modern technology at work. He really cleans to our satisfaction and keeps track as to where he still needs to go. This is one of the best investments for our downsized home. Charles & Patricia Josephson
