Terrific! BoB is truly amazing. It has been a great addition. The setup was awesome fast and easy. This is my second (upgrade) Bob purchase and I can't be more happy. This Bob comes with 'the cleaning person' after Bob's done cleaning the house. BoB was able to map the entire floor in the first go. The app is fantastic. the ability to map rooms, no-sweep zones (different shapes) and select specific areas to clean makes it top of line. I would certainly recommend Bob over the overpriced brands.

Bought "Dusty" approx. two months ago - wanted to give it time to truly test it out. We had previously purchase "Bob" and, while completely satisfied with it as well, we wanted the convenience of the auto-emptying function. I give it 5 stars for its overall ease of use, and it's thoroughness when it cleans. I was skeptical at first, as it seemed quieter that "Bob", so I stopped it before it could auto-empty, just to see what it had in there. Oh, it was thorough, alright! Very happy with the results, as the bin is full each and every run (it's also disappointing - is my house that dirty? LOL The answer is no, it's just normal day to day dust and dirt.). The one caveat - I've had to remap the house twice since we purchased, getting "localization" errors. But I truly believe it's due to us moving some furniture around, and "Dusty" has gotten confused. Once remapped, he runs flawlessly (only getting stuck once on a small carpet in the bathroom. It's features are top-notch (allowing you to set both vacuum and mopping restricted zones). Easy to launch with the app (for specific room cleaning) or - as I use it most often - telling Alexa to "start vacuuming", and off he goes!! Great product, and probably gonna buy another one as a housewarming gift for my (81yo) Mom.

Dustin is awesome! I call myself the Imelda Marcos of robovacs because I've gone through so many of them. So far Dustin is on top. It cleans well, contains itself to areas I've identified as no-go areas, returns to the base much quicker and easier than other vacs I've had, recharges quickly, and empties the bin fully. Definitely recommend!

I brought Dustin early July. We have owned several robotic vacuums over the years and, I must say, this is by far the best one yet. It does a superior job compared to the other brands we have had plus it is quieter. I would love for them to make a version that has a scrubber mop but, until then, I am content and happy with my purchase.

Got this on sale for $199.00. I am very busy, two boys and three long coat German Shepherds. The house is usually a mess. I only bought this since it was on sale and now, I will always have a robot vacuum. At first, it didn't seem to pick too much, but then I found the vacuum power was on low. Using the app which is very convenient, I adjusted the suction to high and found the vacuuming to be very comparable to manual vacuuming. I do have to clean the roller every time since we have long coat shepherds, but still amazing. We will be going from disastrous mess to almost clean thanks to this little vacuum. I am amazed at what a time saver this will be for our family. In the future, if needed, we will now always have a robot vacuum due to the time and automation value it adds. I would say this brand, the app, the vacuum is very easy to use and is acceptable cleaning for the price. I hope you can buy this on sale too and see for yourself how much time this little guy saves. My Dustin works so well I rarely have to use my regular vacuum. I just experiancd a problem with its wifi system that has failed and after contacting customer service who by the way were easy to contact, friendly and worked to resolve my issue and after not being able to resolve it sent me another new unit to replace it. Bobsweep company is awesome and an example of what customer service should be. They even returned a call when I hung up and didnt leave a messege. I bought another one...

We have had Dustin for about six months and have learned what he does well and what his short comings are. Overall he does a great job keeping the areas clean and is able to switch from hard floor to carpet without any problems. Dustin is very smart in that he can learn how to clean an area and after mapping the floor you can see where he is in his cleaning. If there is an area that Dustin gets stuck at, the app allows you to create a 'no clean' area to avoid getting stuck. He also sees and avoids going down stairs. If the floor has a lot of dirt or hair to pick up, he sometimes is not able to empty completely and he needs to be manually cleaned. The manual cleaning needed is to use the supplied brush to remove the built up dust on the filters and empty Dustin's dirt collection compartment. The roller brush also needs to be cleaned to remove dirt/hair when needed. Overall, he does a great job of getting under furniture and cleaning the hard to reach places. It's very convenient to schedule him to clean and you have a clean floor. He is able to store a couple maps so you can customize the frequently cleaned areas.

I bought this 4 months ago and it has been holding up quite well. I like its simple operation, mapped my entire house, cleans well. It is effective at cleaning pet hairs from hardwood floors (I have a Golden retriever), but not from carpets. The cleaning tool that comes with it is very convenient to remove stuck hairs from the rollers. Overall, a very good value for the price. No need to purchase super-expensive brands, which are often glitchy.

I have had Dustin for about 3 months. I am extremely happy. I had a different robot vacuum before. But it did not map or self- empty. I reached out to customer service for help connecting to my WIFI. They were so great in responding and fixing my issue. I highly recommend.
