I set Dustin up as the directions showed and it would only make a circle 8 in all rooms and then it was completed with cleaning. My floors were still filthy! I have 3 inside dogs and thought this would help save me time as I have to come hone every day and vacuum the floors. Do not recommend.

I love this Bot! Leaves perfect rows of clean carpet behind it. Go to work and come home to a spotless perfect floor. I love the patterned vacuuming verses my other robot chaotic patterns. Looks so much better. Cleans spotlessly and dumps itself for hands-free cleanliness.

So far the vacuum is better and worse than our old cheaper model Deebot. Better in the sense of the cleaning pattern. Much more methodical. Cons so far are smaller debris canister, doesnt self empty when its vacuuming (only randomly while docked), doesnt self charge, and doesn't seem to be able to self clean if theres pet hair. The pet hair i can see since it didnt mention that in the selling points. We'll see. It's still new and i am yet to really try and get to know it.

Dustin is a joy to have in our home. I am obsessed with having a clean kitchen floor and I was getting tired of vacuuming everyday after work. Now Dustin vacuums for me while I'm at work. I love that he empties the crumbs and dog hair into the bag so I don't have to breathe in the dust. I also love the mopping feature and the app. This is my first robot vacuum and I'm happy with how hard it works to clean every inch it can reach.

I was initially on the fence regarding this purchase but after several months of reading positive reviews I decided to purchase. It has neen the best decision I've made. This is definitely the purchase of the year. I absolutely love it! Easy to setup, clean & maintain. I run it 2x a day & my floors have never looked cleaner. If you've considered buying but unsure let this review be the deciding factor! You will not regret it!

We are enjoying having a robotic vacuum for the first time. Our Dustin is doing a good job helping us keep our floors clean, and it is fun to see it work while we are doing other tasks. This allows us to vacuum almost daily, which is wonderful. I had to divide our home into sections and tell it to only clean certain areas at a time because the on-board bin gets too full, and usually I have to clean the brush and manually remove some of the debris from the on-board bin after each cleaning. Overall, it would be nice if these drawbacks were improved, but we are happy with what it does do well.

Terrible vacuum. It takes forever to find its dock and sometimes doesn’t at all there is no bin full sensor so if you have a long hair dog it fills the bin then it keeps going sucking up nothing and the self empty feature doesn’t work if you have a pet with long hair. It (sometimes) returns to charge and empty but the long hairs are packed in and the base can’t suck them out. Also the map keeps disappearing, I’ve had to make 3 maps divide label no go zones what a waste of time and effort if I could burn this in the street and still get my $ back I’d be out there right now.

We purchased the biosweep Dustin about a month ago. We have had two Roombas over the past several years and wanted to try a different brand. The Dustin vacuum is super impressive. While the latest Roomba is a couple of years old and does have WiFi, the mapping system Dustin uses is awesome. The track it takes also does a much more thorough cleaning than Roomba as it completely does a room back and forth prior to moving on. The ability to schedule it by rooms or zones is also awesome. Bought it for $200 from Sam’s, so couldn’t be more happy with the purchase. While you can only buy parts and additional bags from the biosweep website, the pricing is reasonable.

We have tried several different brands of automated vacuum, so our expectations were mixed when we purchased the Dustin Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum. I'm happy to say that this vacuum has performed far better than expectations. First off, there is no comparison for how this vacuum maps out the house and how our previous vacuums worked. All of our past vacuums have clumsily rammed into furniture repeatedly before changing directions and they never seemed to cover the areas consistently. What we've noticed with Dustin is that after its first full run of our home, it had developed a very accurate floor plan of our house in the app. After that you are able to divide that map up into rooms and label them (if you want), and you can then start to develop a schedule for Dustin to vacuum parts of the home you want on different days of the week, or the whole home. The app is very user friendly and allows you to set up just about any routine that you would want. A lot of the reviews that I read talked about the brush coming off of Dustin. I have had this happen twice, but in both cases we found that Dustin had been tangled in a table lamp's cord and the brush popped off. The brush snapped right back into place and had no issues. After noticing this, I went into the app and made the area by the table lamps an area to skip during vacuuming and haven't had the issue happen again. I've noticed also that Dustin does a very good job of knowing when its power is low and starts going back to the charging station. My previous vacuums would pretty consistently just be found randomly in the house with no power. The self emptying feature is a nice add, since you really do not have anything to worry about with Dustin, it goes back to its charging station and empties its contents into the base unit, which does make a pretty loud vacuum sound, but it lasts for about 10 seconds and then its over. Overall we are very pleased with Dustin. I have not attempted using the mopping feature of this unit. From the look of it, it just has a microfiber cloth that attaches underneath and then you fill a small reservoir with water that it puts onto the surface. In the app, it has a pretty easy to follow menu that allows you set up different areas to mop and not mop.
