I am in love with my new Dustin! I tried another brand that was more expensive but ended up returning it because it did such a terrible job. Dustin is quick, yet thorough. Honestly, my house feels cleaner and looks cleaner than it does when I use my upright vacuum. I love the LIDAR technology, and am super impressed by the mapping and programming capabilities. Very happy with my purchase!

I am delighted with my Dustin smart vacuum's convenience and user-friendly design. The set-and-forget feature has dramatically simplified the task of maintaining a clean living space, and the intricate tracks it leaves on the carpet are a visible testament to the device's efficacy. The intuitive app and its scheduling options further enhance the user experience. While I have not explored the full range of app features, the current set-and-forget functionality has significantly improved my productivity. Despite initial reservations about smart home devices, the ease, convenience, and efficiency of the Dustin vacuum have not only won me over but also provided me with more quality time to spend with my family.

I love Dustin and it's my first time to buy a robot vacuum cleaner. It's a perfect hands free robot that vacuums the whole house. Dustin vacuums very thoroughly and goes under the furniture where human beings normally skip vacuuming. Also it picks up my cat's hair pretty well. I set up specific dates and times of the week to vacuum the whole house while I'm at work and it feels good to come home that's vacuumed clean. When Dustin is low on the battery, it automatically goes home to get recharged. Then when it's recharged, it goes back to where he left off and finishes vacuuming the unfinished area and goes back home. I have not vacuumed for over a month since Dustin does a great job and i don't need to vacuum. It's a very smart little thing and it's one of the best items I bought in my life. The only regret is I should have adopted Dustin sooner.

I am delighted with Dustin. Frankly, I was not expecting him to be this good. Easy to set up, charge and use, Dustin is a very hardworking little fellow, going over areas twice and into all the nooks and crannies of my home. He is very low to the ground, so he gets places my old bulky vacuum couldn't, like all the way under the couch and armoir. He does an excellent job cleaning my old hardwood floor, as well as the Persian rugs on the floor. He does not get stuck going over these rugs. He also does a great job on carpets. If you have a home on multiple levels, Dustin does not climb stairs, but you can simply lift and carry him to any rooms you want cleaned. I should also mention that while Dustin is a very thorough cleaner, he is also a quiet one. This is also a big improvement over my old vacuum. I can be working at my computer in the same room Dustin is cleaning and not be distracted by the noise. I recommend this vacuum wholeheartedly!

My initial experience with this robot vacuum proved to be truly remarkable. One of its standout features is its impressive runtime, effortlessly covering extensive areas in a single operation. During a session lasting 1 hour and 49 minutes, it effectively cleaned over 1300 sqft, and remarkably, the battery still retained 40% charge. My home comprises hard floors, carpets, and rugs, and this vacuum adeptly navigated and cleaned all floor types with precision. The user-friendly app adds to the overall satisfaction, with particular admiration for the spot clean and room clean features.

After a year of owning our Dustin I can say with confidence that he is part of the family in a way I didn't anticipate. But with a toddler, an infant, an old-man-16-pound-very-fluffy cat, a 72-pound Golden Retriever, and two adults - there's so much hair shedding, debris, footprints, etc. that I don't know how I kept the floors remotely clean prior to his arrival. Here's a breakdown of why I give Dustin five stars and why, if given the choice again, I would choose to buy Dustin again and again! - Low noise: I've only ever owned one other robot vacuum (different brand) before Dustin and it was very loud, the little humans and animals were very scared of it. Everyone is happy with Dustin's "inside" voice. - Self-emptying: I have asthma and a severe dust mite allergy - the self-emptying feature is a huge win! And the bag that collects the debris is contactless and closes itself off as it's removed from it's compartment. I LOVE that I don't have to worry about the bag for 100 days. Refills are a good price and my health is worth not having to risk an asthma flair up. And, if you want/need to empty the bin manually, you can do so as well. - Coverage: It has no problem switching from bare floors to carpet, moves around the kids toys and furniture with ease. I love the BobSweep App's NoSweep Area so I can have it steer clear of the kitty litter box. My house is 1400 sq ft and he has no problem doing the whole house in about 1hr. - Cleaning Performance: Being a robot vacuum, I'm impressed with just how clean my floors feel - I can walk barefoot without feeling grit and sand constantly under my feet and I barely see any doggo tumbleweeds rolling around the house anymore - this is with a daily or every-other-day Dustin run. - Mop: I don't like mopping, but I know who will do it for me - Dustin! Sure, there's a bit of work involved on my end, I have to add water to the canister (I wish there was a little floaty device in there so I can see when it's getting full) and attach the mop pad, but other than that, he's good to go! - Maintenance & Upkeep: I would love nothing more than to have a vacuum I could put on the c - harging dock and never have to do anything to keep it running. Alas, I don't know if that exists. That said, Dustin's main brush does get tons of hair wrapped up in there - luckily it is easy enough to clean with the maintenance accessories. And, I recently had the unfortunate occurrence of Dustin running through some animal poo and I was able to find a video on the BobSweep website that helped instruct me on how to open my specific vacuum so I could get it properly cleaned out and back to running 100%. - Wifi: Very easily connects to Wifi with the app and very straightforward to use! - Customer Service/Warranty: AMAZING!! I recently had challenges with connecting the vacuum to WiFi and because I was dreading the whole process of the unknown with reaching out to customer service I put it off for a month. Finally I reached out via email and I was pleasantly surprised that I was assigned a rep who stayed in touch with me throughout the process, explained what to expect, answered all my questions and kept me updated with my Dustin's repair status after I mailed him away. Edgar even checked back in a few days after Dustin returned home to see how he was connecting to Wifi and how he was performing. The BobSweep team even sent a few goodies back with Dustin and cleaned him up. The 2-year warranty and customer service can't be beat. I also really appreciated that BobSweep wanted to repair Dustin rather than replace him and contribute to waste. Now when I have any questions, I don't hesitate to reach out, because I know I'm going to be taken care of in a timely manner. While this may have been a lot to read through - I hope this helps seal the deal if you are on the fence about getting Dustin; he's worth it!

I love my bObsweep! I've always had Roomba products and spent more time fixing them than they ever spent actually cleaning. bObsweep mapped my entire house correctly the first time and does a fantastic job cleaning! It only took about 45 minutes and not a single spot was missed. It's also very quiet. Insanely happy with my purchase.

Overall, we are satisfied with the performance of our Dustin. There was a learning curve associated with battery life, ability to avoid obstacles and operating options. Once we understood Dustin’s features, functions and limitations, for example, gaps between the bottom of the furniture and the floor that were spaced just right for Dustin to wedge itself in place, which required us to create no sweep zones, everything runs smoothly. Dustin now sweeps the entire house twice a week over a four day timeframe. This two cat household looks freshly vacuumed always. No more dust bunnies!

I purchased 2 of these during an awesome sales event at Sam’s and it completely has changed the game for me at my home. We named 1 Theo (because it takes care of the theater) and the other we (renamed) Mai because it takes care of our main floor. Theo does a great job vacuuming on schedule every evening and so far hasn’t missed a beat. However, Mai has had some issues along the way. The mopping feature is something to be desired. It definitely does not take care of the mopping indefinitely, but it is good for “upkeep” only. The bumper on this one constantly has an error, like I have to keep cleaning it for whatever reason. It also caused a rubber marking on my floor, likely from its wheels or whatever is black rubber below it. Either way, I’ll give it a few more tries before requesting assistance from the manufacturer but either way, awesome product!

I bought this to replace a Roomba that was old and wasn’t working well. So far we have had a good experience with this vacuum. It does a good map of mapping your house and can you can easily find it and control it on the app. It vacuums and sweeps which is different from the Roomba that only swept. This robot also mops but we are just figuring out how to use that feature. It self empties after each cycle which is way easier than having to do it yourself.
