I absolutely love Dustin! We had a Roomba before this and it did ok, but would miss huge swaths of carpet! Not with Dustin! Dustin doesn’t miss a thing, even getting under the lips of the cabinets! I love the fact that I can make rooms in the app and then tell Dustin to clean a specific room instead of just randomly sweeping the entire house. The ability to make “no go” zones is awesome as well. I set it so it doesn’t bump my dogs food and it does a great job of avoiding it! I also like the mop function. It’s not going to win any awards, but it does get most of the water spots from our dogs water dish and any dribbles from the kitchen sink. We put ours on a schedule so we don’t even have to worry about running it! For the $$, this has to be one of the best investments for an automatic vacuum. The ONLY issue that I have is that I don’t get notified if it completes a job or even if it gets stuck. I have to go into the app to see the notifications.

I previously owned a Samsung vacuum before purchasing Dustin. I'm pleased with my decision as it has superior suction and rarely misses a spot. While I'm unsure about its performance on carpets, it excels on hard floors. I have yet to try its mop feature, but I'm confident it will meet my expectations.

Dustin, my trusty robot vacuum and mop, has revolutionized my cleaning routine. With its SLAM navigation, it swiftly maps my home, identifying rooms at a glance. The 3.5-liter dust container ensures extended cleaning without interruptions. Plus, the pet hair suction and simultaneous mopping leave my floors spotless.

Bought this a few weeks ago, at $400 off. Three issues you should know: 1. The turning brushes fall off anytime the bot encounters a "bump": moving on or off a rug, moving from hardwood to tile floors. I've tried both brushes that were included. Neither will stay on even a minute. 2. There is no way to empty the bot by hand. I would rather do that sometimes, but I'm sure many people would not. 3. When the bot is full and heads back to home base, it leaves a trail of gray dust, dog hair, and crap all along the route. LOTS of it. Yuck. I emailed Customer Support about the brushes, but I just have my doubts I can live with the downsides.

I love Dustin for my downstairs. It is all the wood-look laminate flooring with 1 sizeable short pile rug. I had thoroughly researched before buying him and expected some issues that others mentioned but I have not experienced them. Every few weeks, I use my wand vacuum to get the few areas that he can't get to, but otherwise he keeps my cat's hair, my mid-length hair, crumbs, and daily dust gone from my downstairs! I di try using it upstairs as well but it is all carpet and he kept getting so many carpet fibers stuck in his brush, that I stopped. The downstairs was my primary concern anyway. I am not planning on using the mop feature because I am concerned that over time getting it wet will cause problems, and that's not important to me anyway, just the daily sweep up.

We got a bObsweep we named "Dusty Bob" over Christmas. We connected him to our google mesh and love the self-cleaning and scheduling functions. But we can also just say "hey google, have Dusty Bob clean the floor" and Dusty Bob turns on, cleans the floor and then cleans himself. He will map all the areas you want to clean and can even mop. We have been very impressed to this point.

I got the Dustin a couple of months ago and just started using it. It does what it supposed to do: map the house and clean all of it. The device and control via app are very easy to manage. My only lesson was not to let ir run at night as the noise of emptying the bag is waking my daughter. Overall very satisfied.

Dustin (renamed her Cindy) is an absolute dream! She has the entire house mapped out to a T, knows how to put herself back on her landing pad, and does a thorough once over whenever I need. I love all of the features yet they are simple enough for anyone to use. The app is my favorite part. 10/10 and would definitely get two if I had a two story home.

I bought Dustin about a month ago and couldn't be happier. I can't believe the amount of engineering, capability and quality that they packed into this robotic for MUCH less than the more well known brands. It cleans well. It maps the house as it goes and if it runs out of battery before finishing, it goes "home" to charge and then goes back out to finish the job automatically. We have two long-haired dogs and it does a great job cleaning up after them - and us! You won't be disappointed.
