Love it!

The vacuum doesn't work if you have dogs. It clogs the dirt compartment and gets wrapped up in the roller. The system gets clogged with hair, which means it doesn't automatically dump into the bin. I have to manually dump and clean it every use, so I might as well just sweep. It would probably be fine for a no-pet home.

I’ve had this for 3 days and am returning it. I was expecting it to “sense” when the dust bin was full and return to the base to empty itself before returning to vacuuming, but it doesn’t. It continues to vacuum until the battery needs re-charging. Since I have 2 Golden Retrievers it continues to fill and packs it in, when it finally returns to the base it’s to full and packed to empty. If it doesn’t sense when it’s full, what is the point of self emptying?

Bob is great! He cleans my house without any complaints! He never judges me about how dirty my floors are and he doesn't ask me to raise his allowance. He is very quiet and always goes back to his home when he's finished. All in all, Bob is the perfect addition to our house! I truly wish I had met him earlier ;-)

I have Dustin for three weeks and I have two dogs. It very quiet but the parts are very cheap plastic. The side brush is a clip on and needs pushed down contains no screw. And it has one nice roller but gets clogged dog hair and the cover is extremely cheap plastic. The mopping feature is just a pad not water tub. It will also get stuck and stop but creates no sound. It just goes in lines for vacuuming no real brain. Not great but price should be around 100 then it would be worth it. Thinking about returning it.

Don't buy loud and dumb machine

Would not recommend. Very noisy on high power and worthless on normal power.
