I am incredibly happy with my new Dustin bobsweep! With all the dog hair and outdoor material that is brought into the house this vacuum is a godsend! It is safe, quiet, and incredibly intuitive in it's cleaning details. The only downside is the external brush sweep head keeps popping off during it's cleaning time. A great investment for our time and home.

The Dustin Robot does an excellent job of mapping and sweeping all of the house in a methodical manner. Having perfect vacuum lines with a robot vacuum is a dream. In addition, I’m extremely pleased with the lack of “aggression” from this vacuum. My past robot vacuum would slam into baseboards, doors, and furniture. The only concern I have had with the Dustin robot is that it occasionally gets stuck. However, you can pull up the map to find its exact location. All in all, I am extremely pleased with the Dustin vacuum.

Our new robot vacuum is great. The name he came with is Dustin, but we call him Bob. He has no issues with getting over the floor seams or area rugs. He's only gotten stuck once on our son's toy. Otherwise, he's very independent. When he gets full or needs to charge, he goes back to his station on his own. He has really made a difference in the cleanliness of our floors.

Updated review: My Dustin had issues from the beginning and then at 4 months it failed and had to be returned to BobSweep. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received. All we extremely helpful and prompt in their responses. I shipped the vac back to them and within a week a had a new perfectly working vac on my doorstep and I couldn't be happier.

This is my first robot vacuum, and it works well. It was easy to set up, the app it easy to use, and the self-empty function is the best. it's quiet and efficient when vacuuming. It is a little loud when it empties, but that doesn't last long. I haven't used the mop function yet, but overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

I bought this online less than a month ago, it worked once, then disconnected to internet. I connected it twice and it keeps disconnecting. When I push the "go" button, it won't go at all. So it won't work online or offline. I contacted bobsweep support, followed their suggestions and still didn't work. I've spent a lot of time working with this vacuum. I'm at my wits end and am returning it to Sam's tomorrow. I wanted to order another but of course the discount $$ is now off.

My mother had a triple bypass surgery in Dec 2022. She was still able to do light household tasks. She had a pacemaker installed on Monday and from a distance, I knew I had to take immediate action to make her life better, especially knowing she would have difficulty cleaning her floors. I got her Dustin, and I haven't heard her this happy in years! She says it's like having a pet that cleans, and she doesn't have to feed it! Worth every penny and then some!

I bought this to replace a Roomba that was old and wasn’t working well. So far we have had a good experience with this vacuum. It does a good map of mapping your house and can you can easily find it and control it on the app. It vacuums and sweeps which is different from the Roomba that only swept. This robot also mops but we are just figuring out how to use that feature. It self empties after each cycle which is way easier than having to do it yourself.

Purchased Bob to see if robovacs worked. Do they ever! Initially was concerned as Bob clogged 3 days in a row, but no visible dog hair on carpet. By day 4 Bob caught up to the heavy load of 2 dogs shedding. Bob runs daily each to stay on top of it. High points: adjustable vacuum power, I run on high (dogs), brushes leave a trail of tracks so you can see 100% coverage. Impressive navigation.

Dustin (this robovacuum’s name) is doing great in our home. I like how we can customize his cleaning schedule, vacuum power, vacuum/mop combo along with area designations to where he should be cleaning and at what times. Our floors haven’t looked this clean consistently ever! The self-vacuum part is really loud and it would be nice if that part was quieter somehow. This is our first one ever and we’ve been loving it overall. It’s a great feeling when something else is doing the cleaning!
