I love my Dustin robot vac. It is very easy to set up and I love the blue tooth. I have a dog who sheds a lot and Dustin is up to the task. Also, I contacted their customer service and they are top notch!!! They resolved my issue quickly. That's hard to find. these days.

Dustin is awesome!! Actually life changing. We have 2 dogs and 2 toddlers so the house is a wreck on a daily basis. I run Dustin anywhere from 1-4 times a day! Then at the end of the day when everyone is in bed, I run him again to vacuum and mop. He has only gotten stuck twice and is impressively good at navigating and mapping the house. The house is actually clean on a daily basis now. I love the special features of self-emptying and spot/room clean. Can’t believe I lived without this until now!!l

We love Dustin the robot vacuum! We haven't tried the mop option yet, but the vacuum is wonderful. We had a robot vacuum before and it was always crashing into walls and furniture - we couldn't run it at night because it scared our kids. It also got stuck constantly! Not the case for Dustin! No crashing into furniture and walls, and it rarely gets stuck. It even cleans the washable rugs we have that no other vacuum seems to clean. It is quiet, effective, and easy to use. I am so happy we got this vacuum!

This vacuum is very quiet (except when emptying) and powerful. I never thought I would have a use for for the mop feature but had occasion to use it for muddy footprints tracked from the front door to back door. It worked really well. I had a little bit of a hard time with mapping, dividing and labeling rooms but after working with it a little I think I got it. Due to the quiet operation and powerful suction this is a pleasure to use and I highly recommend it.

I got my robot vacuum a couple of weeks ago. It was easy to set up and works great. It learns the house very easily and rarely, if ever, gets hung up on furniture. It sweeps really well, is super quiet and I'm very happy with my purchase. Customer service with the company has been great as well.

We recently moved into a new house, and have a fairly large (110 pound ) “inside” dog that sheds quite a bit. Based on the online reviews, I decided to order Bob to try to help keep the excessive dog hair at bay. I run Bob every 2-3 days, and so far, so good. I owned an iRoomba several years ago, and Bob is so much more advanced than that machine, it’s incredible. Have been very pleased with the purchase.

I just replaced my bobsweep standard (moved to basement), with the Orb-i. My standard has worked great for years and will probably work for another few years. I was so impressed with the standard that I decided on another bobsweep, the Orb-i. It was easy to setup, mapped my upstairs, and does a great job of cleaning. Scheduling and room selections are a really nice feature. The Orb-i app works great. Quiet!!!! Really nice app and robot!

Our Dustin was easy to set up and configure. We have renamed it Mr. Clean. The app is pretty user friendly. It did a good job mapping out our house. It did clog with dog hair when emptying after the first use but after cleaning it out, it has worked fine. We do have a dog that sheds a lot and we have been running it daily. I like that you can create a schedule for when you want certain rooms cleaned. This has made it easier for us to keep up with cleaning.

We purchased Dustin on July 4th, 2024. We are extremely happy with our Dustin. Dustin was easy to set-up and connect to the Internet and map out our home. Dustin vaccums and mops the floor without difficulty and does a great job. We are extremely satisfied with this product. We have recommended Dustin to our friends and neighbors.

We have really enjoyed "Dustin" so far. It was really easy to set up and the instructions were pretty clear and intuitive with the App. It does a good job of covering ground and learning the footprint of our home. The only downside is that it doesn't recognize when it is about to get trapped under a couch or recliner so I have to draw where it shouldn't sweep in the future. ANother thing we noticed recently when opening the larger bag on the docking device is that there isn't as much dirt/dust/hair/etc than when we used a traditional vacuum. So we are suspecting that it may not be getting as much as a vacuum. We recently increased the strength and will see what happens. We are still trying to learn the "Maps" section as well and how it actually functions. Overall, we are really happy with the purchase and the device.
