love this vacuum! I tried others but they would all get stuck on a rug l have, this one does not! I love the fact that this self empties and I can schedule cleanups for entire home or per room. Not too loud and does a great job mapping the house with its LiDAR! Great helper always ready to take on the task! Love the lines it leaves on the carpet too! Impressed!

I bought this little dream machine in Aug. or Sept, and I love it. We just moved, so it took me a while to read or figure out how to do things - like spot clean or room clean - or if there's a dark rug, the tip to get it to clean well - The good news is they have video's and great customer service, and I have to say once you learn some tricks - this is a fabulous addition to clean. Of course - like all the Robot vacuums, it leaves corners (it's round, corners are square) - but a damp rag here and there does the trick. I love to schedule it and I love that it empties itself.

After a month using Dustin, I really love this smart boy, my Bobbie. He seems smarter than my previous bOb robot (PetHair Plus). Bobbie (Dustin) first maps out the rooms, vacuums or mops (depending on the settings) the edges and then meticulously cleans the rest of the house. He works quite fast and once he's done, heads straight to the charging station without any loitering. So far so good! I'm really happy and impressed with his performance.

I bought this a few weeks ago because it was on sale and so far, it has been such an amazing purchase. It works so well never gets stuck or lost. We have three young kids that make a mess every day, so I turn it on using my phone/app during the day while everyone is at work and school and its the best. Love coming home to clean floors!

We bought Dustin recently and have found he does a good job! We ran our sweeper daily before getting Dustin..but both having recent surgery found it so nice to have Dustin! We are going to try the WiFi mapping this weekend. So far, we're very happy with him!!

We have owned other vacuum robots before, and our Dustin, fondly referred to as “Bob,” clearly out shines the others. Bob grabs 99% of the dog hair (2 medium size dogs), maps the house efficiently and quickly, empties himself, and smartly avoids obstacles. The app is very user friendly. I am able to schedule rooms according to our needs, can adjust the power and the volume, am able to define rooms and name them, complete just a room or a series of rooms or the whole house - if he gets low in power he goes back to base, charges, and picks up where he left off. Amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been so happy and impressed with Dustin. The battery life is almost a full hour longer than our Roomba, the app is constant and never seems to be unavailable. The command settings on the app are very beneficial and it's easy to start cleaning when I am not home. We were able to purchase during a large sale and he has proven to be well worth his price tag. The only complaints I have would be the noise while vacuuming. He is not as quiet as I was hoping, but that could be do in part to our high ceilings and wood floors. Also, at one point, the chamber that transfers the collection from the dust bin on the vacuum to the collection bag inside the home, was completely clogged and the bin was not being emptied when Dustin charged. I was not notified of this and didn't realize it until I had run him a few times. I was able to deconstruct the entire base, and clear the clog, but it would have been nice to be alerted that the bin was not emptying upon charging.

We love Dustin! He is so functional and helpful. We can give him special jobs via the Quick Clean feature or clean whole rooms with the Room Clean feature. Our large Rottweiler likes Dustin but hates other vacuums. Tip: check your vacuum unit regularly to make sure the shoot stays clean. Check and remove the roller brush if it gets tangled up with hair.

I love my Dustin robot vac. It is very easy to set up and I love the blue tooth. I have a dog who sheds a lot and Dustin is up to the task. Also, I contacted their customer service and they are top notch!!! They resolved my issue quickly. That's hard to find. these days.

I am incredibly happy with my new Dustin bobsweep! With all the dog hair and outdoor material that is brought into the house this vacuum is a godsend! It is safe, quiet, and incredibly intuitive in it's cleaning details. The only downside is the external brush sweep head keeps popping off during it's cleaning time. A great investment for our time and home.
