For the most part, I like the feel of the mattress. I sleep soundly, at least when I can sleep. The biggest issue is that this thing is an oven. It absorbs and holds body heat until I wake up in a boiling sweat, usually around 3:00 in the morning. If I get out of bed and let it cool down for a half hour or so, then I can make it till morning. But by then the night's sleep is ruined. This was my first memory foam, and will likely be my last.

So far my initial thoughts on this mattress is it's just OK nothing special. Maybe my expectations were set to high based on the price and commercials? I'm assuming I'm still getting use to it and hopefully I will grow to love it like a lot of reviewers have. I can attest to the quality though no issues at all with that!

The light really is an asset when getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. The white glove experience on delivery was above my expectations and they followed all safe guidelines surrounding covid. We even got a follow up call from a supervisor to question the delivery. A++

This is by far the best mattress that we ever slept on. We wanted a firm mattress and this is the perfect mattress for us. We have been using it for a few weeks and both of us have not complained about any aches and pains that we have had with previous mattresses.

Over the years (as I am 64) my back has degenerated to the point a regular mattress is NOT comfortable. A year ago I had spinal fusion and a spacer inserted in my lower back. Unfortunately, Scoliosis runs in my family and our daughter was born with it. The TempurPedic has been a great product for our family. I am so grateful this product is available to us through our Military Exchange. We are forever grateful TempurPedic supports the military. My husband and I were involved in a major car accident that left both of us with severe injuries, including a broken neck for me. After spending 3 months in a cervical collar and not being able to lie flat, I suffered from many issues that made sleeping comfortably next to impossible. Once I was able to lie flat, I also suffered from positional vertigo. All of my pressure points hurt and I woke up day after day feeling as if I hadn't slept a wink. We finally decided it was time for a new mattress. We went to the mattress store with a Tempurpedic in mind but decided to lie on the machine to see which mattresses were compatible for us based on our body type and sleep positions. Thankfully the mattress we had in mind was on both of our lists of compatible mattresses. When we tested the Tempurpedic, it felt amazing! We decided to get the split adjustable bases. It makes reading in bed at night so comfortable. We now both sleep incredibly. An added bonus is the elevated mattress has almost completely eliminated my husband's snoring making it easier for me to fall asleep at night! I highly recommend this mattress. It has been well worth the investment.

The pro adapt doesn't cool quite like I thought it would. The mattress cover itself is very slick and you tend to slide around a lot when trying to get comfortable. I have the "soft" mode and wouldn't consider it to be soft, it's medium at best. There are more than likely cheaper options out there with equal comfort levels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before purchasing this mattress my husband and I woke up feeling sore and not rested. We love this mattress and our adjustable base. We start the night in zero gravity and then flatten the bed out sometime in the middle of the night. The zero gravity setting for the adjustable base is great for my husbands back. It takes all the pressure from the day away! Then when we flatten the mattress out later in the night, the mattress contours to us and we wake up feeling wonderful! The only problem we have is that we don't want to get out of bed in the morning!! We say it every night when we get in to bed....what a great purchase!!

We started out with the luxeadapt firm. That was too much sink for us. We were able to exchange for the proadapt firm and hardly any sink at all. I can roll in my sleep easily and it feels very comfortable in any sleep position although I prefer back or stomach. It's hard to imagine ever going back to spring mattress.

Yepper, I love the firmness of this mattress. However, my wife doesn't. We both think it is way too heavy. Making up the bed requires both of us to lift the mattress--our combined age is greater than 150. We've only been sleeping on it for a month now, way too early to say I would or would not recommend this mattress, even though such a determination is required by this review website.
