It's always recommended to break in a new mattress, and I think this is the perfect example. For about a week and a half there is a real firmness to it. It's not rock hard, but also not as soft as advertised. Not yet. As you sleep each night and naturally adjust your sleeping position the mattress softens and conforms to your shape. When you get up it returns to its flat form, and when you lie back down it molds to fit you without feeling like you're sinking in. Within a month it will be quite comfortable, within two you'll be at risk of spending all weekend in bed.

I looked for a long time before investing in a new bed. If i'm going to invest in a bed I need to know its the right one. I have scoliosis and I'm over 60. I knew i needed to get this right.
