The warranty process was pretty easy, very friendly and helpful support! I love the new mattress! Just under 10 years my old Advantage began to not support me and sag. I called and followed their directions and in less than two weeks I have my new mattress! I have been sleeping on it now for about a month and it is wonderful. I did notice the "smell" but it was not that bad, I can still smell it when I change the sheets but thats it!!! Sleeping like a baby now! I have noticed that it is quite abit cooler sleeping than my old Advantage. One negative I have about the ProAdapt is NONE of my old sheets fit it, the matt​re​ss is very thick. I had to purchase (BOGO) from Tempurpedic but I guess it was time to get new sheets anyways. They were over 5 years old :)

I've had better nights sleep since night one of owning one and I couldn't be happier. Great quality bed. I honestly can't think of one thing I don't like about this mattress!

I was a bit hesitant about spending this much money for a mattress. I'm so glad that my husband talked me into it. It has been worth every penny! We sleep so sound and comfortably, we have a hard time getting up.. But look very forward to my retreat when I get to climb in it each night. Very satisfied!

We purchased the King split ProAdapt soft mattresses, and we are extremely pleased! They are a great combination of support, without being overly stiff or firm and cozy soft, without sagging under you. This truly is the most cozy bed ever. We both sleep more soundly and wake up without the aches and pain we had with our previous mattress. Highly recommended and worth every penny.

We had owned a Tempur Pedic for about 15 years before buying this one. Our primary reason for doing the upgrade was to get the split king. My wife suffered tremendously from COVID. The ICU medical team said she would not survive when they removed the ventilator. But the LORD had a different plan and she is with us today. But she can no longer sleep in a flat position. So we needed a bed that would allow her to elevate her chest and head. We tried a less expensive mattress but sent it back after about three months. We bought the Tempur Pedic and now every night is great again.

There is no other bed that is as comfortable as my Tempurpedic. This mattress supports my body all over and creates no painful pressure points or uncomfortable body alignments. I've always had trouble getting quality sleep, but since getting this mattress that's changed. I now find that I feel much more rested upon waking. I've had my mattress since Dec. 2018 and I can honestly say it's the best investment of my money. My mother loved it so much she bought one.

This is our second temper-pedic mattress. The first mattress we purchased several years ago is now used in our guest bedroom. For some unknown reason, we (wife and I) convinced our self to replace the master bed mattress with a competitors product (air mattress). We had purchased extra bed sheets and even though we never open the package the dealer would not give a reimbursement after 90 days. This was 3-years ago. Big mistake! We had enough sleepless nights and decided to revisit a temper-pedic dealer. Don't we swayed so take my advise and stick with what you know and trust. At the store the bed felt wonderful but after a few months of sleeping on it regularly....it's not providing me with the best sleep ever. I think the mattress is too firm. Well I'm over 5K in for this bed guess I'm stuck with it now. Wish I had did risk free trials of a few different mattresses for extended periods before committing to this.

I have back/disc problems and sleep apnea. I love my new proadapt medium hybrid mattress with adjustable base! With other mattresses I never could sleep all night without waking. With my new one I can sleep through the night without waking and I feel more rested in the morning. Super comfortable, quality mattress, and it's more affordable than I thought.

The delivery was excellent, efficient and caring about our home. Set up was good and right on time. We have had great sleep every night since we got our mattress. After so many nights tossing and turning we finally found the perfect mattress. We never even thought we would get a tempurpedic mattress but we were so happy with her sales person and the way we were shown every type of mattress and all choices we could make.
