I've suffered back pain due to bad mattress and pillow. The firm Tempur pedic mattress is the only mattress that helped ease the pain and offered a good night sleep. My other half loves it just as must as I do. I love the fact that is contour to my every move without that sinking feeling from most foam mattress. It's pricey but we'll worth the money.

If you are looking for a comfortable supportive firm mattress- go for the medium or soft. I love tempur pedic- but not this one- it is very expensive and I have neck and back pain daily- so disappointing. Before trusting tempur pedic firm and just purchasing- seriously consider getting the medium or soft version of this mattress. You will save yourself over 3000

When i got into bed the first night, it felt a little firmer than I remembered from the store trial. I vaguely remember saying, "Oh darn, I hope we didn't make a big mis-zzzzzzzzzz...". About eight hours later, I woke up, fully refreshed and feeling better than I had for ten years. Getting out of bed was easier also, without the usual sore and stiff spots.

We love our new mattress. We are an elderly couple with many aches and pains. Both of us are sleeping better then we have for a long time. Couple issues, small ones tho, are unless you want to spend a lot on a set of fairly average sheets from temper pedic made specifically for their beds, it is hard to find really good fitting ones. Also be prepared to spend a lot for these mattress'. If you can afford it then it is worth it. But don't go into debt for it.

As purchasing a mattress is a very big decision, like most, we spent quite a long time trying out many different brands and firmness levels. Tempur-Pedic is in a league of its own. The medium-hybrid pro-adapt has the perfect amount of firmness (and we tend to learn towards a more firm mattress) while still providing the comfort needed for a good nights sleep. The delivery of the mattress was seamless and we have enjoyed each night slept since we received the mattress. It does take a few weeks to get used to the feeling of the mattress as it is different from what we were accustomed to. I highly recommend this product to all and firmly believe it is worth the investment. We will have and enjoy this mattress for many years to come.

Our TEMPUR-ProAdapt mattress has been a game-changer in terms of sleep quality. The mattress has seemed to get more and more comfortable after each night of sleep, and I'm sleeping better than I have in months. I had been having hip soreness from my previous bed and those aches have been entirely relieved by this bed. I'm not one to sleep in, but this mattress is so comfortable that I have found myself sleeping longer than I had in my previous mattress. The only slight negative is that it does feel slightly warmer than my previous one, but it's so comfortable that I've already adjusted to that aspect.
