This is my 2nd tempurpedic mattress. I loved my old one. Im a side sleeper, back sleeper. I find this mattress isnt as comfortable as my old one for side sleeping. Too firm.

For the price of the mattress I really wanted to love it. I am keeping it because it's too much of a hassle to return a mattress, but I feel like a cheaper mattress would be just as comfortable

It's a hard mattress in my opinion, my shoulder hurts in the AM because it is so firm. The delivery guys sold my phone number to scammers, no scam calls until they got my number and not nice over the phone, whatsoever.

We tried various TempuPedic mattresses at a number of retailers before purchasing. The medium hybrid is as expected. Just the right cross between support and comfort.
