[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been Tempur Pedic customers for +10 years and decided to upgrade to the Tempur Pro Adapt firm mattress. Our previous mattress was medium density but we needed more support after sustaining injuries over the years. I started to have hip pain and my husband back pain. The firm density instantly began to reduce our pain. It took around 1 week to break in the mattress as expected. We are sleeping peacefully and with dramatically reduced pain at night. We are Tempur Pedic clients for life.

Not only has my sleep improved, I'm no longer experiencing pain in my shoulders or lower back. I'm a side sleeper and this bed is an absolute life saver.

I've owned the Tempur-pedic pro adapt for nearly 4 years now and I generally sleep in the guest bedroom because I find it uncomfortable compared to my Casper. I find the medium has become far too soft and unsupportive and uncomfortable on my back. Going back I wish it would have gone with a firmer model or perhaps a product which would've held up better. I reached out to Support and they informed me there's nothing they can do for me at this point so pretty disappointing after making such a large investment.

This is my second Tempur-pedic. I previously owned a Cloud. I don't think one can beat the quality. It is comfortable, firm (even though medium), with good body support. Scott was very helpful, professional and easy to work with. We appreciated John and Brady's quick and professional delivery.

Our experience with the Tempur-Ergo ProSmart Split King has been excellent. The split king design allows each of us to customize our side of the bed, which has made a huge difference in comfort and sleep quality. The Zero Gravity position is incredibly relaxing and helps reduce pressure on the back, while the lumbar support and massage features add another level of comfort after a long day. The smart technology is easy to use and makes adjusting positions simple, and the automatic snore response shows how advanced this base really is. Everything operates smoothly and quietly, and the overall quality feels very premium. This has truly been one of the best investments we have made for our home and our sleep. We wake up feeling more rested and comfortable every day, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their sleep experience.

This by far is the worst Mattress I've ever purchased. This is my fourth Tempur Pedic mattress. We have loved all of the others, but this one is going back. You fall into it, it feels like a very over used mattress with no support.

I am very unsure of this bed. It seems to be making my arthritis worse. Plus I slide ride out of the bed. When I am sleeping, it feels as if I am sloped.

For the price of the mattress I really wanted to love it. I am keeping it because it's too much of a hassle to return a mattress, but I feel like a cheaper mattress would be just as comfortable
