Wemt back and forth about our mattress shopping but we desperately needed a new mattress. Waking up everyday feeling so sore and uncomfortable not anymore. The bed it's just right not to soft not to hard. We fall asleep quickly and wake up refreshed. The only regret is that we stepped down to a queen should have stayed with the king.

This is a replacement for a tempur-pedic that 'lost it's memory' and sagged. This new mattress is extremely hard, but we really love it! We got so used to sleeping on the bad mattress that this one actually took us a few nights to get used to, but it has been well worth it! We knew from trying one out in the store that it didn't quite have that 'contouring' effect, but our last two mattresses had that and sagged within a short period of time. I have high hopes for this mattress!! Also, I'd like to say that tempur-pedic really stands behind their mattresses and my claim was handled very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them!

We were initially very happy with our Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Soft mattress—it was comfortable and felt like a great investment. However, after just a couple of years, it started to lose its shape and is now sagging in multiple areas. Since this seemed like a clear product failure, we filed a warranty claim. We provided all requested documentation, including photos showing proper support underneath the mattress and that we've consistently used a mattress protector as recommended at the time of purchase. Despite this, our claim was denied, citing improper care. This was extremely frustrating and honestly confusing, given that we've followed all care guidelines. It's hard to understand how that conclusion was reached based on the information provided. No expert came out to review the mattress they based this on a few images that to be looked exactly like the examples. For a product at this price point, I expected better durability and stronger support from the company in honoring their warranty. This experience has been very disappointing and has definitely changed my perspective. I would encourage others to look closely at warranty coverage and long-term performance before making a purchase. I would NOT recommend this product OR this company after this experience.

I received my bed 2 weeks before major hip replacement surgery. I live alone and because I was able to lift my self to a position where I could get off the bed by myself, I was able to recover from this surgery without having to go to Nursing facility. Due to COVID I did not want to leave my home. I am recovering very well alone at home and sleeping very comfortable because of the Tempur-ProAdapt Medium bed. I wish the height of the bed frame could be adjusted down about 1 inch so I didn't have to use a step stool. I am only 5"0 tall.

I promise you that you can't lay on this mattress for long before you give into the need to sleep. For me and my wife it is cool, firm but so comfortable. I have had chronic back pain for years but in these last few months I haven't slept better. No complaints from us. G.M.B.

My wife hated it but compromised because I was working. When I retired we got the tempurpedic mattress it was for her I thought. It has been great for me!! No back pain, just comfort!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I consider myself a loyal consumer of tempurpedic mattresses, having purchased 8 mattresses in the past 3 years for my homes. Unfortunately, tempurpedic does not value customer loyalty or honor their own warranty as my recent warranty request was summarily dismissed without a call or any other outreach than a cold email denying my request to address a failed 6 year old deformed tempurpedic mattress. I choose to do business with firms that honor their warranties and will not be purchasing another product from this company.

This bed has allowed me to sleep on my side again without back pain, which I haven't been able to do for years on my spring mattress. I'm happy with that! The one downside is I probably didn't need the adjustable frame. I bought it because I assumed I'd be on my back and I thought it would be nice to have my legs elevated some. However, now that I can sleep on my side, I sleep with it flat. If I'd have known mattress was so helpful, I would have just gotten mattress with regular frame and saved money.

I learned a long time ago that you truly do 'get what you pay for' and, in this case, I absolutely have no regrets in paying for, and getting, a premium mattress that has helped us so much. My hip and shoulder pain were GONE after only a few nights. The motion transfer or disruption is just nonexistent (which I find great value in), and overall we just sleep soundly! I waited for far too many years to make this crucial investment for my physical health but also my mental as I sleep soundly now and wake up feeling way better. If this is in your budget, I can confidently say that it is highly unlikely you'd be anything but happy with your purchase. I tried almost literally a dozen other mattresses, trying to get to this quality, but now I know I should've started with a TempurPedic.
